"I need you to tell her the truth already." Jay demanded.
"It's almost a month!" He added. The youngest just rolled his eyes in response and stood up from the sofa, "So what?"
Jay sighed and shakes his head in disappointment. "I'm telling her myself then." He mumbles. Jay made his way upstairs, "Where are you going?" Riki questioned. "My room." He lied.
As soon as he's infront of her room, he gently knocked on her door, waiting for her to open it or allow her. Respect of Privacy, you know? His brothers wouldn't, couldn't, and cannot relate. They just barge in her room without a word.
"What do you nee-" Yewon opened her door, "Oh, Hi Jay" She gave him a little smile, "What do you need?" She asked.
"I need to tell you something, and it's really important." He answered, seriously. Jay then looked around and sees nobody, "Can I come inside though?"
"O-oh, yeah, sure!" She widely opens the door and stepped aside. Jay smiled,
"So what is it you're gonna tell me? Is it really that important?" Yewon closed the door as he sat on her bed, nodding. "Do you really trust Riki?"
Confused by his question, her eyebrows were scrunched up. "Of course, he's my bestfriend for quite a long time now. Why, What did he do?"
"You shouldn't trust him that much. What if he's one of us? Will you still be best of friends of him?" Jay said, making her baffle. "Why are you even asking me those? Is he?"
"He is." She widens her eyes, "Excuse me?"
"Being friends with you was all just an act, Yewon. His real intention is murdering you."
"You're lying!" Yewon shouted. "You're just saying this because you don't like him! Just like your brothers!" Her eyes were teary, as she was about to cry any moment now. Jay exhales deeply, "Yewo-"
"Get out of my fucking room. Now." She demanded, pointing at the door.
He had no choice but to leave, however, before he could, Jay and Yewon saw Jake appear amidst the air.
"Why the sad look, Jay hyung?" Jake asked and looked at a teary-eyed Yewon. He gasped, "Hyung what did you do?!" Jake cupped her cheeks, wiping her tears.
"Nothing. We were just talking about Riki."
"About him being one of us?" Jake then felt a piercing slap on his face, "Riki is not one of you monsters!" She aggressively shakes her head, "No, no, no! Never!" She cried loudly.
"Yewon..." Jake kneeled down as she was on the floor, bawling her eyes out. "Me and Jake aren't like our brothers. We aren't like those vampires that movies portray as."
She looked up at him, "I... don't believe you enough.."
"Well, I don't drink human blood. Only from animals, I do." Jake said, tucked her hair behind her ear. "Please don't be scared of me.. I won't harm you or do anything bad to you, I promise." He smiles softly,
"But for now, you need to act like you don't know the truth about your so called 'bestfriend', okay?"
Yewon nodded and wiped her tears, "Okay."
"Good girl." He chuckles, squishing her cheeks.
"Did you two seriously forgot about me?" Jay voiced.
"Oops.. My bad, hyung." Jake laughed.
"Whatever, you two do your own thing. I'll go outside." Jay announced and shutted the door, leaving the two alone. Jake glances at Yewon, "Wanna watch a movie together, won?"
"Not now. I'm trying to process everything Jay said," She declines his offer, "Is it really t-true?" He nodded, "Don't worry. I'm here to protect you from them. You're too precious to be hurted."
"What even are your brothers' intentions anyways?" She huffs.
"They're doing this because they're obsessed with you. They've witnessed everything in your life, they saw how badly you were treated by your biological parents."
"How about you?" Yewon stared at him,
"I did not witness every happenings in your life but I did with some." Jake answered, refusing to look at her, "Like you celebrating your birthday alone." He whispers under his breath.
Jake noticed the shocked and scared expression on her face, "I-I'm sorry! I shouldn't have told you that.." He panicked, "You were the one who sent me a bouquet of flowers then?"
"That was 2 years ago, you still remembered?" Jake questions. He was fighting the urge not to smile, "Yeah, it was the first time I ever received one." She laughs, "They were my favorite flowers too!" Yewon added in a happy tone, starting to forget about earlier.

Ever since then, Yewon and Jake started to spend time together often. She felt safe around him and he protects her from his brothers.
There was a sunset, the both of them sat next to each other. Yewon was too busy admiring the beautiful sunset but Jake wasn't. Instead, he was admiring her.
"Are you not scared of me anymore?" Jake looks at her, "Not anymore. I just realized..
You're not like your brothers. You are special to me." She replied. Jake smiled widely,
"You are very special to me too, Yewon. I love you, always."
