Abusive Tutor (P7)

(I don't know much about court stuff so just bare with me. I did google certain things and use it here  If it's wrong please skip that part or correct me.)

Mr and Mrs Nad visited the police station next day and discussed about the court stuff and they agreed on it when Kyu was cursing at them saying that they edited the audio to make him look kike the bad guy, he shouted at the cops saying he's just a tutor who loves taking care of kids like Raiden but Raiden just had to backstab him.

Cop Kris: Uhm ma'am I'd like to inform you that during this court trial none of your family members are allowed to leave the house unless if it's a grocery shopping and even in that situation you can call one of our staff and they'll accompany you. I understand it might be frustrating but untill the trial comes to an end you'll have to cooperate with us.

Mrs. Nad: Sure sir, we don't really have any outside activities anyways other than our work.

Cop Kris: Right then I'll notify you the date of your first court trial.

Mr. Nad: Thank you sir. You're working so hard for us and we'll always be grateful for you.

The cops allowed Kyu to ring his close friend or family members to let them know that he's here. Hwang was the first person Kyu called and explained the situation.

Hwang: That kid is a lot trouble than I see. He keeps getting in our way.

Kyu: I know right, now I need you to find me the bestest lawyer and fight for me in the court.

Hwang: Sure pal anything for you. Also did you get to know about what happened to the fake files?

Kyu: Yes, apparently Raiden printed them out and kept the original in his parents office and gave us the fake one.

Hwang: Such a cockblocker. Amyways when is the court day.

Kyu: The sherrif will ring you and inform you about it. I remind you Hwang, I don't want to lose against a wealking boy who can barely hold a hockey stick for 1 minute, I swear it's either I kill you or that fucking rat.

Hwang: Don't worry, I will get a popular and best lawyer for you.

Hwang came to the police station with a middle age woman, he told the cop there that he's here to visit a person name Kyu Hwan. Soon Kyu was brought handcuffed and faced a transparent window where he saw Hwang and a lady.

Hwang: She's your lawyer, Elaine Charlson Bredehoft. She's known for winning 2 cases in a month and 6 in a year. My friend recommended her to me.

Kyu: Good to see you ma'am, Can I trust you with my case?

Elaine: Sure Mister. I have a lot of experience in cases like this.

Kyu: Hmm, you'll have to speak for me. You're my lawyer and I have high expectation on you. My friend will update you with my minimum proof and I have to win. I will pay you how much you want. But I have to win.

Elaine: Don't worry sir, believe me.

Camille sat with Mr and Mrs Nad in their living room where she collected another evidence from them, the audio which had Hwang's voice.

Camille: Ma'am is this the maximun evidence you have?

Mrs. Nad: Yes this is it. I also told you about Raiden's previous experience in his old school and more tragic incident happened in his life that's it.

Camille: Yeah I got that in my records. So just to remind you, the 1st court trial was confirmed on 22nd May. So all of you should attend it, if you have any witnesses please tell be in beforehand so that I can add it to my records aswell.

Mr.Nad: As far as we know, Raiden mentioned that Kyu only hurts ihim in private places with no one around, so there wouldn't be any witness except strong evidences.

Camille: Alright, So that's it, I'll see you at the court then. Trust me, I'll try my best and use as much as evidence that's given to me.

Mrs. Nad: Thank you Mrs. Vasques, Don't overwork youself too.

The lawyer smiled in awe before bowing to the couple and left their house. The trial is in another few months and they're nervous, not because that they'll win or not but what Kyu and Hwang are trying to prepare.
