They aren't the kind of person who is fearfully for the movies, they keep their concentration on the movie, Bruno doesn't show reaction even in the jumpscare scenes, Jeff just does a few jumps and frowns and Barcode seems to be judging the characters and the special effects. During the film, it starts to rain, with lightning and in a tense moment of the film in which one of the characters is going down the basement, a lightning strikes the sky, hits one of the wirings and there is a power outage. Immediately the three boys react with terrified screams hugging each other on the couch.

After the scary moment, while the hearts slow down a little, the three burst out laughing, relieved to realize what happened. At least there's an emergency flashlight in every room in the place, but the lighting continues to make the atmosphere macabre. That's where Bruno has an idea.

– Hey brother, I'm going to get a flashlight in the room, there's one in my backpack, brighten it up a little more and not let our cell phone battery die – Bruno says and gets up while Jeff nods.

– It's OK? – Jeff still has Barcode in his arms, Barcode still has his arms around Jeff's waist and it's a comfortable position for both of them, so neither of them pulls away.

– Yes, I am – Barcode laughs awkwardly at the scream he gave, because it was the sharpest.

Barcode tries to read the expression on Jeff's face, in the low light, they were close, before responding. They heard a noise in the kitchen, they thought Bruno was coming back, they stared down the hall in almost total darkness waiting for the other to appear, but there is no return. – Let's see what's going on with this guy – Barcode says but doesn't let go, so they slowly get up, hugging each other and facing the hallway that has a dim blue light from the emergency flashlight on the wall.

– Bruno, enough of this bullshit – Jeff has his fists clenched, angrily, hangs in the middle of the hallway for a second, hearing Bruno's scream.

JeffBarcode run into the room finding Bruno lying on the floor and blood all over the boy's clothes, Barcode screams and releases Jeff to run, Jeff squeezes Barcode's shoulders holding him. The lights flicker and the power comes back on, as Bruno starts laughing and rolling around on the floor.

– Uy? – Barcode gets serious and indignant with the joke, until Bruno starts coughing with the fake blood that was in his mouth – You deserved that – and now Barcode and Jeff are laughing.
