yeonjun was never insecure about anything, that was until he got his first boyfriend in high school.

yeonjun's parents died when he was very young, about 7 years old, and he was put in an adoption center. the adoption center was pretty good, they had good care, nice staff, brought everyone to school, had good rooms, good food, so it wasn't bad. yeonjun found it even better then home, because his parents never cared for him like the staff at the adoption center did.

when yeonjun was 15 he started going to high school, he made some friends and his grades were pretty good. he was genuinely happy. when he turned 16 he started talking to a guy named youngjae. they started going out more and sometimes yeonjun even slept over at his place. yeonjun had the 'perfect' life, until he started dating youngjae.

when he started dating youngjae everything went downhill. his friends suddenly stopped talking to him, youngjae's behavior was getting weirder day by day, yeonjun couldn't sleep well anymore and because of that his grades were going down too.

one day yeonjun decided to stay over at youngjae's house because he asked him too. youngjae's parents weren't home that night so youngjae insisted to drink.
yeonjun refused at first because he never had alcohol before, but he can't really say no so he gave in.

long story short, he got really drunk and youngjae took advantage of him, and that was just the beginning.

a few weeks later and yeonjun still didn't know that youngjae took advantage of him, not until he walked into the library and suddenly someone laughed at him. he ignored it and he just sat down and went on his phone.

he was just checking his socials and his emails, but he saw that he got an email from youngjae. he got confused and opened it, and there it was. a video of youngjae taking advantage of yeonjun, calling him ugly, a whore, slut, attention seeker, whatever you can name.

after that it was hard to go to school for yeonjun, he did break up with youngjae of course but he did not have any friends, siblings or parents to talk to. only the people from the adoption center and yes he was very grateful for that, but it's not the same.

he continued high school, barely graduating and then went to college. he got his own apartment when he was 18, made a new twitter account, got some followers there and online friends, and he started working at a restaurant to pay his food and bills.

it was almost 6pm and yeonjun was on his way to the restaurant to work for the evening. he got payed okay, but it was hard to work 4 hours everyday and manage school at the same time.

he got to the restaurant and got to work immediately, because if he works hard he would get a little raise and he really needs that.

long hours of work later and it was finally 10pm. yeonjun cleaned the restaurant and went back to his little apartment, to be alone again and have a sleepless night knowing that another day that's going to be exactly the same is waiting for him.
