Prologue

It looks festive circumstances surrounding the three-storey villa with large crowds began to fill the room with all sorts of hassle and their works. Everybody busy helping each others, as the event will take place later in the evening.

There are the sound of children running around the villa, fun playing the games, there are also the voice of old folks chatting with their family. Everyone wants to talk in the same time. Everyone began to feel the warmth of the wedding ceremony in the villa.

"Tina, call the bride came down. The wedding ceremony was about to begin. Why the bride was still sitting in her room?" The bride's mother grumbled as she walked down there to manage things around here.

"Hmmm okay, wait a minute Tina wants to put things first in the kitchen." She stands up while hold the trays and brought it along her way to the kitchen.

"Quickly!" The bride's mother said as she fanned her face with her hands. She feel the heat as well as do not know to sit still. Her focus shifted to her nephew who was sitting near she standing. She don't want to wait too long, she wanted everything would be completed in a short time if possible.

"Kayla, please help Aunty calls the bride came down. The wedding ceremony was about to begin and the bride is not yet come down." She's the one who are going to marry but the situation feel like there were ten couples who are will getting married. The situation became chaotic. The mouth still did not stop nagging.

Kayla, who are about to go upstairs to call the bride to came down suddenly stop when she saw a man dressed in a white shirt rushed into the living room. His face looks anxious and sweating as if running a marathon.

"Why the groom is here in the villa? Is he just came back from work? Why??" Ask the bride's parent when they saw Luke strange presence in the villa. There's no storm no rain he suddenly appeared in the villa.

"Aunty, where's she?" Luke asked back without answering the questions that put to him. He spoke with breathless. He wiped the sweat on his forehead with his finger. Luke furrowed his brow as if thinking of something.

"She?"

Luke nodded continue to the question of the bride's parent before answering. "Sofia. Where's she?"

"She's in her room. Why? Why are you come here? Are there something wrong happened? Is there are things that are not finished yet?" Luke could not stop off staring at their face of an increasingly restless and agitated.

Relatives around also become loyal viewers without making any sound. Waiting for them to voiced again.

Luke took a deep breath before he voiced again, "Aunty are you sure she is in her room?"

"Yeah. Of course. Aunty pretty sure she's in her room. Aunty had been managing everything in this house and did not see Sofia come down. What exactly was going on?" Her brow furrowed.

All in the villa is also frowned upon hearing the question of Luke. They all wondering what is going on and what the groom wants that brought him there.

"I think it is better Aunty go and see again. Because she off her phone. I call she many times but she did not answer my phone call. E...."

"What's the problem is Emily off her phone? Well maybe she did not want people bother her at this time. Luke please do not think miscellaneous." Said Kayla who suddenly interrupted the conversation of parents who are currently viewing by their others relatives at the living room.

"The problem is better you go and see and make sure whether Sofia is in her room or not before I explain everything."

Kayla jogging up the stairs until she was standing in front of her cousin's door room. "Emily, can Kayla go into the room?" She knocked the door pounding while occasionally glanced at the living room.

Everyone at the living room seemed to look forward to the same answer.

"Emily...." Once again Kayla calling her name. But there was no answer.

Gently twisted the doorknob before opening the door. Kayla round eyes start to chaotically looking for sightings of the bride-to-be in the room that is completely decorated with yellow and white theme. Her eyes spontaneous stuck on Emily's white wedding dress on the bed. The white wedding dress should be worn by the bride for the ceremony that night.

"Where's she? I do not see Emily out of her room." She said to herself. She scratched her head slowly that does not itch.

"Kayla, why? Is she in her room" asked the bride's parent when they see Kayla went down the stairs alone. It looks like they could not wait.

"Aunty, Emily...." She shrugged and shook her head. "Emily is not in her room. She even did not wear her wedding dress." Said Kayla while looking at her Aunt's and Luke's face alternate.

"What I'm think is right." Luke sighed heavily as he stunned his body to the sofa nearby.
