There is a baby in my hands, whos is it. Oh, right it is mine, I have to give up my baby. Wait why is that again? Right I can't hurt him I have to make up a new life. The brown door to the adoption center is right in front of me. Is this the right thing to do? Yes it is, so knock on the door...knock knock....now run and don't look back at your zackery.
I wake up now to my alarm clock and sweet beads on my forehead. I should take a shower, do you think I should have given up my child, why did I do that. We could have been happy, right? As I think this I get into the shower to wash off the sweet. How long are you going to have that dream you hated him remember. No shut up that was my past I am a different person now. I have changed I am a teacher, I don't do drugs,or drink. I am the perfect role model.
I step outside at this point and snap out of my thoughts when the fall wind hits me. I quickly then put my coat on and walk to the local coffee shop. Once stepping inside I am greeted by the clerk behinclassroom. nter and asked what I want. I reply to this very quickly. Look they are staring at you,be normal and get coffee. Thirty year olds don't drink hot chocolate. I do,coffee brings back bad memories of when I would be hung over every morning. I hear my name and take my hot chocolate, to walk out toward my school. It us only two blocks away,so I always walk. While I walk towards the school I am greeted by almost everybody on the street. This is why I love being in a small town, everybody knows you. Yeah but you have no privacy..so that is good.
I step into the yellow and blue building. This is so far my favorite job...I am greeted by the princible right as I think this. I wave back and walk toward my classroom. I unlock the door and enter the dark room. Once turning on the lights I see my blue room. I go to the green chalkboard and start to write the ABC's. About thirty minutes later I stand right in front of the door as the children start to come into the room. After all the kids I walk towards my desk to see that there are three apples lining it. Ew you don't even like apples. Tell those nasty pests that they should all just go home and never come back. They are so gross. I ignore my old self then and say thank you to all the kids them I start to teach them the alphabet.
Around twelve o'clock the reccess bell rings and I dismiss all the kids, and walk toward the teacher workroom. It isn't very fancy just a plan white room with a fridge and a microwave, but today when I walk in I am surprised by all my fellow teachers saying"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" Its my birthday? I must have not noticed . I am handed a piece of cake at this point and told that I have been a great coworker. I say thank you and sit down to eat my cake.
Right when I finish my piece of cake the bell rings and I clean up then head to my class. Only to have a young boy standing in the middle of my classroom. Who the hell is he...wait! No No get him to leave. You don't want that pesky child. I only stand there as he stares at me. I open my mouth to talk but nothing comes out. It can't be, is this child, could this be my little baby boy. I then fell hands wrap around my neck and a head on my shoulder. I slowly wrap my arms around his waist and at this point I hear him whisper to me mom. At that point all I can see are blurs for the tears rolling down my check. I taste the salt in my mouth as I try to talk, but I can't I am paralized at this point. My boy,Zackery, he is back.
