I have a head cannon for this. So basically because if shrouds 8 legs most cloths don't work for him, so while dream was in prison Tommy started to learn to sew. And the hoodie Shrouds wearing is his favourite hoodie. Its made from an old Ph1lza Minecraft hardcore shirt, a plain blue hoodie, and an old green hoodie Wilbur gave to him. Tommy doesn't remember where the blue hoodie came from but, according to Phil Foolish would sometimes come by with Dream and visit the younger ones. Tubbo and Tommy. One day while visiting he gave tommy a blue hoodie and Tubbo a bee pin.
Hey I actually wrote something. Also little note if you've seen my other book once school starts again ill be uploading again. I struggle to type on this iPad so. During school a get a small laptop to do my work on. So after August 18th or so expect some more things.
