Neil pov

Tomorrow is avni is birthday now it's 9 pm only 3 hrs for me .i am nervous no not at all the dr Neil Khanna never be nervous but what is this I don't know.At that time Neil phone rang .

Neil: yeah I am coming.Avni there is an emergency i wanted to go .you should be stay safe don't open the door until i come.

Avni : ok Neil .

Neil left the home as soon as possible.

At hospital

Neil : excuse me is there any accident case in the name of juhi.

Receptionist: wait a minute sir.yeah sir juhi she is in emergency ward.

Neil: ok thank you

Neil rushed to emergency ward and enquire about juhi accident.Almost 4 hrs of observation she was fine there is a fracture in her left hand
And scratches in her hand.

Neil: how  you feeling juhi

Juhi: i am fine Neil it's just my carelessness.

After sometime juhi and her assistant flying to Dubai for their project.

Neil : oh my god it's 3 am in the morning I can't wish my avni.

Avni pov

Today it's my birthday mumma Bhai mom dad babe Ali riya also wished me but Neil didn't. I don't know what happened to but it make me. morning khanna family invited us to breakfast but couldn't attend and he didn't pick my calls. After that I went to Ali and Riya and have lunch with them now it's 7 pm there is no sign of Neil where he gone.

Neil sit on the sofa he was tired when avni come and give water.

Avni: go freshen up i will reheat the food.Already I had my dinner.

At avneil bedroom

Neil get freshen up and wear white t shirt.

Neil(in mind): i want to make it special I have 3 hrs . I will make it special.

Avni enter the room with tea and she gave to him .she was sad but not showing to him.

Neil: avni i want to say something it's important.

Neil: i Know our marriage happened without love and I never gave time to you at that when I behind my dream khanna hospital at abroad I never contacted you i make u feel alone sorry avni for that.But every video call i will catch your glimpse and you spoke only one word that gave me happiness . I always want this happiness throughout my life as an husband I want to feel you and make you special sometimes I am bad at expressing but I want your love. Will you give me your all love to me as an wife my backbone and my solumates. Neil sit in his knees and hold avni hand in his hand and put a ring and kiss her finger.
