"Do I really have to suffer from things I don't deserve in the first place" he cracked a voice as soon as a single tear from his left eye dropped
"Adrien…" I whispered his name and I gently hold his hand to rub it as a way of trying to calm him down
He started to sob.
"First, I lost you, and now… her" he closed his other fist from frustration and grief
"Hindi naman ako nawala sa'yo, I'm still here. All along, all this time, I'm always there. You probably never noticed it but.. it's been 2 years after that happened, yet.. yet I still keep on choosing you"
"I'm sorry.."
"It was never your fault" I said back as I let him rest his head on my shoulder.
He's been through a lot, and he needs someone
And that someone is not me..
But her.
