Y/N Gold was someone in this world ruled by money...
Me and Lionel soon arrived home, neither of us saying anything as we exited the car.
"I have some work to do, darling" Lionel said as we entered the house "So I have to leave you home for a little while"
"Really?" I said with a rose eyebrow "you took me home from college just to leave me at home? Alone and bored?"
"You're not alone" Lionel pointed out "there are the maids and butlers, along with the guards"
I rolled my eyes at his reply and he sighed, seeing that I was pissed
"Look, I really have to get going, but when I get back I promise we can do anything you want, okay?" Lionel said as he cupped my cheeks
"Anything?" I asked with a rose eyebrow
"Yes, anything" he said, leaning down a bit, and at his words I gave him a small smirk "no...not sexually. I'm in charge in the bedroom missy" he went on, now standing up straight
I groaned and rolled my eyes at his words
"Well in that case, I want you to buy me a Chanel purse when you get back" I said as I looked at him
"Alright then" Lionel said "just send me the picture of what purse you want and I'll get it for you"
"Thank you" I said and he chuckled
"You're welcome, darling" Lionel said softly
He then cupped my cheeks and kissed my forehead before he bid me goodbye and left the house.
Since I didn't have anything else better to do, I decided to look around the house, before going in the back garden.
"Is there anything I could help you with, Ms. Gold?" said one of the maids
"No thank you, I'm just looking around the garden" I said with a small smile to which she gave me a curt nod and went inside
I walked around the garden and looked in awe, I haven't seen it up close when Lionel first gave me the tour to the house, I only knew that there was a pool in the garden along with a Jacuzzi
As I walked around I saw gardeners working on trimming the trees to be a perfect round shape, along with some of them checking if the sprinklers were working properly, and some of the maids were cleaning around as well
I arrived at the pool and saw that it was quite luxurious, it having a grass like carpet around it instead of a pavement, the interior along with the floor of the pool and Jacuzzi being made out of white marble, the pool having marble stairs so that you could enter it.
