"Mr. Hannigen your 10 o'clock is here." After he said thanks I placed the phone back into its cradle. I glanced at the papers inside my basket that needed to be reviewed and groaned.
After getting through some I went into the coffee room. I needed a break. "Mallory, there you are! We're going out tonight to the new club called tilt. I need a girl's night out" My best friend Savanna informed me. A girl's night out was definitely what I needed. "Okay, sounds good!" I responded. "I'll pick you up at 8." I nodded and she left the room.
I quickly made my coffee and went back to my desk. As soon as I sat down my phone beeped. I picked up the phone. "Yes?" I asked. "Mallory can you come into my office please?"
I agreed and hung up. I quickly made my way and knocked. "Come in."
I stepped inside his office and said "Yes, Mr. Hannigen?" I asked only because he hates it when I call him that. "How many times do I have to tell you to call me by my first name? Don't call me Mr. Hannigen call me Jeff." I gave him a smile and said "Alright Jeff what is it you wanted?"
He smiled at the use of his name and said "I'd like you to meet my grandchildren Mallory." I stared at him in shock. "Why?" I couldn't help but ask.
As soon as I asked that 2 men came in they were twins from the looks of it. "Ah, boys there you are. Mallory these are my twin grandsons Dominic, and Xavier they will be taking over for me while I'm away."
"Why?" I couldn't help but ask again. "Because, I have to have a few procedures done. It's no secret that my heart isn't what it once was. I have to get a few stints and a pace maker put in. Don't worry Xavier, and Dominic know what their doing."
I was in shock. I never knew his health was at risk. I glanced over at my new temporary bosses and my panties were instantly soaked. They looked the same except one had blue eyes while the other had greenish blue, and one had short blonde hair while the other had jaw length blonde hair. They had the same noses, mouth, jaw and height.
I had to leave his office before I did something stupid. I reached for the door handle and stopped in my tracks as Jeff said "Can you escort them to their offices please?" I sent him a pleading look he smiled and winked. It was almost as if he knew what the twins did to me.
I nodded and walked out of his office. I walked down the hall and to the left where there were 2 big offices both had a view of the city. I walked to the window and looked around "Thank you for showing us to our offices. I'm Xavier by the way."
I noticed he was the one with the longer blonde hair and blue eyes. "I'm dominic." "I'm Mallory, it's nice to meet you guys."
I'm surprised I didn't stutter with how nervous I was. "I'm going to my office now if you need anything you know where to find me." I turned around and stopped in my tracks when I felt a breath on the back of my neck.
"We know how we make you feel, we feel the same for you. When you're ready to give into your feelings, you know where to find us." I gasped and quickly made my escape.
