Part 8

Perri is woken to Lyssia's phone ringing. Raven.
"Hello" he says
"Where's Lyssia?" Raven says
"She's asleep, why? What do you want?" Perri groans
"Tell her I'm sorry for saying them things. I was just... I dunno... Bored" Raven says
"What!? So you cause all of this for my family because you was bored!?" Perri says trying not to shout
"For your information I -" Raven begins
"Goodbye" Perri interrupts ending the call. Lyssia begins to wake up, groaning
"Pel, your so noisy" Lyssia says sitting up
"Sorry" Perri says
"I have a job interview today!" Lyssia beams, waking up
"Whoop! What job is it for?" Perri says
"I don't actually remember... I think it's in a phone shop or something" Lyssia smiles
"Nah, don't do that" Perri says
"Why not?" Lyssia asks
"There is so many reasons I can't be bothered to tell you" perri laughs having nothing to say, "I've got Mitchell's meal tonight aswell, then the party Friday"
"Don't get too drunk tonight mate" Lyssia smiles, even though everybody knew that Perri didn't drink because it made him feel sick. Lyssia gets a text from Maisey.
'Sam wants to meet up with you today, to talk about Perri' the message reads
'Why doesn't he talk to Perri about Perri?' Lyssia replies
'I don't know, just meet him please' Maisey replies and Lyssia doesn't bother text back.
"Perri we need a babysitter for these pair" Lyssia says getting up
"No we dont" Perri says picking up Dolce. Kyah had started sleeping in Karam&Felicity's room, and they could hear her crying.
"We do. I'd be busy and your always on the go" Lyssia explains
"I'll ask my sister" Perri says dialling Elvie but there's no answer. He rings Starr.
"Where's Elvie?" Perri asks
"She's in the hospital!" Starr says angrily
"Why?" Perri asks
"She got beaten up by some kids. You would know this if you payed any attention to your family" Starr says
"What hospital?" Perri asks but Starr already ended the call. Perri quickly showers then baths Dolce. He dresses himself then her and quickly jumps in the car. Perri drives to the nearest hospital and runs in with the baby in his arms. "Elv?" He says running into many different rooms, but as he reaches the third room, an old man sleeping is in there.
"Excuse me, do you know where Elvie Stevens is?" Perri asks a nurse
"Who are you?" The nurse says
"I'm her brother, please let me see her" perri pleads and the nurse directs him to the room.
"Perri? What are you doing here?" Elvie says in shock
"What happened to you? Who did this?" Perri asks observing her wounds. She had a black eye, a cut between her eyes, a cut on her cheekbone, a split lip and her arm in a cast.
"It doesn't matter Pel, I'm just happy you actually came to see me for once" Elvie moans
"Are you saying that I don't have anything else to do and that I ignore you and don't try to come and see you?" Perri says firmly
"Well to be honest, it doesn't seem like try. You've got your own little family now so you forget about us" Elvie says, looking at Dolce
"Shut up. Don't be nasty to her, she's your niece. I wanted you to be her babysitter by the way, your good with kids. Anyway, how did this happen?" Perri asks calmly
"If I tell you, promise you won't do anything stupid" Elvie says
"Promise" Perri smiles
"Your girlfriend, well I know her half-brother Kieran and he's going out with this girl called Chelsea. Me and Chelsea had this big argument and I got into a fight with her and her mate Tia and then Kieran and his friend Luka jumped me after school" Elvie says looking down, twiddling her thumbs. Perri's jaw drops to the ground and he struggles to get his words out with the shock, "Wait, so Lyssia's brothers girlfriend and her friend fought with you and then you got jumped?"
"Yeah. I think Chelsea's friend Tia is one of your girlfriends mates younger sister" Elvie says
"I'm going to sort this out" Perri says standing up
"Wait no! Perri you said you wouldn't do anything stupid! Pel you promised!" Elvie says close to tears
"I'm not being stupid, I'm being completly logical" Perri leaves and drives home. Kyah is asleep in the front room but no one else is home. "Hello?" Perri shouts but no one answers. There's a knock at the door. When Perri answers, a young boy stands infront of him wearing a Ralph Lauren tracksuit, a Gucci hat and pouch, and he has an earring.
"Is this Lyssia's house?" The boy says
"Who are you? This is a private road you know" perri replies
"I'm Lyssia's brother, I need to see her" the boy says
"Are you Kieran?" Perri asks
"Yeah" Kieran smiles and perri hits him. He falls back onto the pavement, his nose covered in blood.
"What are you doing!?" Kieran shouts
"Don't you EVER touch my sister!" Perri shouts back stamping in the boys stomach making him cough.
"I don't even know your sister!" Kieran shouts in pain
"Elvie!" Perri says pulling him up by his collar
"Well your sister needs to stop giving it to my girlfriend then" Kieran wheezes
"Shut up! Why did you even come here?" Perri asks, finally stopping
"Like I said, I need to see my sister" Kieran says wiping his nose
"Why?" Perri asks
"Because she knew about Elvie and wanted to speak to me" Kieran says
"She knew?" Perri says shocked
"Yes!" Kieran shouts.
Perri slams the door in Kieran's face and sits down on the chair.
'Get home NOW!' He types to Lyssia.
Two hours later Lyssia and Felicity arrive home.
"Where's Karam?" Felicity smiles
"I don't know I haven't seen him. He left Kyah here on her own" perri says
"What!?" Lyssia&Felicity chorus
"Yes. Lyssia anything you want to tell me?" Perri says
"Like what?" Lyssia asks confused
"Maybe that your dickhead brother and your mates dickhead sister beat up my little sister" he says not making eye contact with them
"You need to watch your language" Lyssia says standing in front of him as he tries to walk away
"I'm gonna go" Felicity whispers taking Kyah&Dolce and quickly heading upstairs
"Your brother came here you know" perri says
"What did you do?" Lyssia asks
"Told him not to touch my sister" perri replies hearing towards the stairs but Lyssia pulls him back by his shoulder.
"And you tell me not to do stupid things?" Lyssia yells in an odd tone and perri slowly turns around with a confused look on his face
"Don't speak to me like that" he says frowning
"Dont tell me what to do like I'm really going to listen to you" Lyssia scowls pushing perri's face
"Never, ever do that you nasty girl" perri frowns standing infront her with his arms crossed. He goes upstairs and slams the bedroom door shut. "Did I seriously just try to fight him?" Lyssia say to herself feeling bad for her actions. She makes her way upstairs and slowly opens the door.
"Sorry Pel" she whispers sitting next to him on the bed.
"Go away" perri says turning over
"Your in a mood?" Lyssia says poking him
"Yes, that hurt" Perri moans
"Well you were being rude" Lyssia replies
"Well that was after you were being rude!" Perri says, slightly raising his voice
"Well you beat up a 16 year old boy" Lyssia says
"You had a fight, punched a photographer in the face, threw a rock at a photographer, didn't tell me about your stupid brother, need I carry on?!" Perri says sitting up
"Okay, you win" Lyssia frowns putting her hand on her chin
"You have serious issues" Perri sighs
"whatever. Have you forgiven me yet or what?" Lyssia asks
"I guess so" Perri says hugging her. They lie in the bed on their phones in silence when Perri sees a tweet from Kieran.
'Elvie ur brother is a dickhead smh' he reads.
"Your brother is going to be murdered if he carries on" Perri mutters
"I'll sort him out, not you. Anyway, don't you want to know how my interview went?" Lyssia says
"Go on then" Perri replies with no interest at all
"They said okay thanks... Which means no by the way. Are you happy?" Lyssia says
"I'm not commenting" Perri chuckles
"So when are you going out because me&felicity are going somewhere with the girls and Karam is going to his mates" Lyssia asks
"About 7, so I better get going" Perri says getting dressed. He leaves and one by one, each I them go to their own occasions.

Lyssia&Felicity go to Maisey and Sam's house.
"Hi" Maisey says greeting them with a hug. The two girls walk into the house and Sam pulls Lyssia into the kitchen.
"I need to speak to you" Sam says
"Yeah Maisey said" Lyssia replies
"I know that you guys have the kids and that but seriously he needs to start com minting back to diversity" sam says
"Excuse him for wanting to be a good dad, you don't know about parenthood you don't have kids" Lyssia says
"I do actually" sam says looking at the floor
"Hm yeah, sure you do. What's his name, yinit?" Lyssia says rolling her eyes
"No, Myles actually" sam says
"You don't have a child" Lyssia says
"I do! He lives with his mom in New Zealand. It was a holiday romance from about four years ago... I have one picture of him but I've never seen him" Sam says, taking out a picture of a little boy around the age of 2 with dark skin, freckles and brown curly hair
"Aww he's beautiful, you sure he's yours?" Lyssia laughs and sam rolls his eyes, "does Maisey know?"
"Wait hold on, this isn't even supposed to be about me!" Sam sas
"Well it is! I you don't tell Maisey as soon as we walk into that room, I will!" Lyssia replies sternly
"I'm not going to tell her" say says walking into the front room
"Maisey, sam has a son called Myles who lives in New Zealand" Lyssia says as she follows him into the room. Sam gives her a 'seriously' look. "Boy you know I got a big mouth" Lyssia says, eating some of the popcorn that Felicity was holding.
