Corpse-Flower of Eden

One day in the peaceful city of Eden, ground started to shake. Everyone started to run around in fear trying to get themselves to safety. All of a sudden the ground cracked in the centre of the city, and a giant Corpse-Flower started to project out of the ground, destroying almost 5 blocks of building. The flower stood taller than the tallest building in the city.

And once the flower was completely out of the ground. Everything was quiet for a while, a short span of peace. And then the flower bloomed. Releasing large red clouds all around it. The whole city smelled like death. People started to panic and it was chaos all around. Slowly people started to abandon the city. The mayor of the city decided to take action before the city was completely abandoned

The mayor put together a team to research and find why this was happening and what the cause was. After a few days of research the team decided to put the giant flower on fire and to burn it down to hell. They collected anything and everything that can be used as a fuel for this around the root of the flower and put it on fire. The team was able to create a ring of fire around the plant. The fire started to swallow the plant.

The flower on fire slowly started to collapse. Parts of the flower fell down, from far away the burning flower looked like a burning angel with broken wings. New stories spread about angels passing judgement on the people of eden.

Months after the whole incident happened and how hard the mayor worked to fix the issue the city of eden was abandoned. Everyone left the town fearing the wrath of the angels. What was left of the town was destroyed buildings, broken carts, rusty chains and the burned parts of the giant corpse-flower
