Najwa's pov
I wake up to a heavy headache 🤕 and stomach ache I was so tasty and asad is not in the room ,and there's also not water in the dispenser I had to walk to the kitchen downstairs to get water ,I grab my slippers and headed downstairs,I saw ami,asad and faux having lunch I started walking slowly at the step I was feeling very dizzy and den started seeing things double double ,I don't know wen and how den I suddenly lose my balance and I shouted which draw asad and amis concentration and I don't know wat happened next.

Asad pov
After taking my birth I was willing to wake najwa up to pray and bath but she seems deep in sleep so I just let her be den went downstairs to have lunch with the family
Ami hope u ordered everything that will be needed for the baby's arrival "I asked mom at the dining table
Well sure but i ordered more cloths for the children and it's unisex and I was to collect it later today "she said
Oaky that's good and I also bought some 50set of clothes yesterday also

We are busy with our chatting wen we all sight najwa coming from the stair ,she looks so pale ,and the next thing we all hear was her shout,she slipped and lose her step she's been bleeding
   Faux quickly get the car we need to rush her to the hospital "ami said and asad rush her to the car

   The moment we entered the hospital he nurses and doctors rushed to us and take her to the delivery ward
   Sir we need to deliver the babies now cos she's in a critical condition "the doctor said
Sure sir ,pls just make sure she's fine "asad said
Sir we need to do operation cos I don't think she can deliver the baby "the doctor added
Operation?sir is there no way out
Am sorry but there not
Sir just do anything to save her and the babies "ami said
Alright ma'am and sir u need to sign some papers because if anything happens to ur wife or ur child u will not hold us responsible "the doctor said and left
   Asad have no other option than to agree to the doctors demand,after signing th papers the emergence ward red light becomes on which means the operation had started .
   After one hour the red might become off and asad releasea deep breath
The doctors start coming out from the ward
Sir my wife and babies?he asked
Congratulations sir ur have been blessed with one beautiful girl and one handsome boy "the doctor said and asad hugged him without even knowing

   Thanks I sweetheart for being so strong I love u a lot "asad said
U wont get me pregnant again cos giving birth is not easy "she pout and he smile at her
Of course I'll not "he says to calm her down
Congrats daughter "ami said hugging her
Sister in-law this ur handsome boy will get married to my daughter in the future "faux said rocking the baby in his arm
   Sure brother in-law consider it's done "she said
   Ami has already tell the rest of the family that najwa has given birth .

   The boy looks like me "najwa said
Uhumm yes and the girl looks like me also she will be daddy's pet "asad said
Awwnn and my little boy will be mama's boy "she added and they laugh

Naming ceremony
The naming ceremony is going to held at najwa mad asad marital home ,the house was decorated so beautiful and there's lots of chops and some music also
The girl is names HAYA❤️
While the boy is named AHIL ❤️
After all the celebrations asad and najwa were all left alone to take care of their lovely children's.
