since when did the accident happen....well let's just keep that to the past, i was at the park along with my family— i was sitting beneath the tree just like i used to.

i read my book peacefully with alot of  laughs field of happiness in distance, those were the children we saved that time...seems like there having their normal life here in the human world.

i continued to read my book feeling the breeze, it was kinda windy but that's the most amazing thing when it comes to windy but not in a bad weather.

...i closed my book and put it aside besides my thigh— before i lean against the tree, a hand touch my head as they ruff my hair "i already comb my hair, stop messing Ray" i furrowed my eyebrows and gaze at his figure.

he sat besides me and grab the book i've just read "what's this book you've been reading?" ray ask, he open the book and start to read at the first page "your interest in it?" i smiled.

"i didn't said that, but is this book connected with mystical and solving? i could read it with you" he keep his straight face not eyeing on me but i guess i could read it with him.

"kinda...?" i paused shooking my shoulder as i add: "well not quite, it's about historical, mystery and thriller...it's quite incredible— i've been reading that quite awhile"  

rays lips form into a smile which also made me smile too, he should smile often tho— "hmmm, i see why emma keeps calling you nerd" he joked with a silly grin on the edge if his lips.

i glanced at him as i hit his shoulder "hey! when did i become a nerd? i'm not quite a book lover, you know— if i ask myself. Who's more likely the nerd here?" i cross my arms and rise an eyebrow.

"you."

"you!"

"..."

"...."

the laugh and the voices in distance made our surrounding silent the run was chirping and the wind was back— ray close the book and shove it on my face gently.

it startle me, i grab the book and put it in my lap seeing ray with a silky smile "i said it first, so you're likely the nerd here between the both of us."

"you said both of us? in between- so your also calling yourself a nerd too." i title my head a little "did i? .nerd" i furrowed my eyebrows and stayed quite well not until i realize he give me a nickname.

"did you just call me...nerd!?"

"did you misheard what i said..?"

i glanced at him and rose an eyebrow, "seems not, cause i heard that loud and clear—" i was cut off until ray ruff my hair again and kiss my forehead..

i felt my cheeks heat and i was speechless...well not just because it's a kiss on the forehead!? he never did not to me once.

"you got that wrong [name]..."

"i said...my nerd"
