I'm glad I arrived first before he did, I don't want him to nag at me for being three damn minutes late again!
As I walk through the hallway, I can feel my coworkers all staring at me and whispering something to each other
"What's wrong with them." I mumbled, I ignored them and continue walking
"Hey girl good morning!"
"Good morning Aisha!" I greeted back, slightly tilting my head "Where are you going?"
Aisha Tyler, my first friend here in the company.
"Oh Ms. Hannah asked me to deliver these paperworks to the CEO's office."
I nodded "Well let me help you, I'm heading there anyways" I suggested, she smiled and handed me some portfolio for me to carry as we continue to walk together
"Hmm I'm so upset with you! why didn't you tell me?" I averted my gaze to her and gave her a questioning look
"Tell what?"
"That you and Mr. Tartaglia are like, you know, a thingg~" a teasing smile formed in her lips
I stopped walking and turned around to faced her, "What? no we aren't. Where did you even heard that?"
"Wait what? so the rumors are not true...?"
"What rumors?" I asked placing my free hand in my hips
"So get this, there's a rumor that Zhion was fired by Mr. Tartaglia because he tried flirting with you!" I furrowed my brows
"Pft! what?! the truth is Zhion was arrested." I uttered, whispering the word 'arrested'
"WHAT WHAT WHATT? Whyy?"
"because 5 female employees reported being sexually harassed by him and sometimes even threaten them..." she gasp, dramatically putting her hands on her mouth
"I knew it! there's something odd about him, neh he's a waste of a pretty face!"
I nodded, "Oh yea! someone saw you together with Mr. Tartaglia having a dinner date!" she added
I shrugged my shoulders and continued walking once again, "Well I don't know if I can call that a date but sure we had dinner together."
She squeals "Aw men! I'm so jealous! tell me what's like living my dreams? you're literally surrounded with hot guys! that handsome tall man you're with when you first entered this building and now Mr. Tartaglia? gurl who's next?"
I chuckled, "Chillax it's just me, but you know there's even more hotter guy than them."
"Who?"
"My bestfriend, I'll show you a photo of him." I grinned as I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and tapped on the screen
