"Reed" I whispered, trying to calm my nerves down
"Hm?"
"Do you really wanna take over your dad's business?" I asked him as I bit my lip nervously. His breathing changed, it wasn't slow steady breaths anymore, it was now picking up each time I felt him inhale.
"I wanna make him happy" the feelings mutal except I don't have a say in whether I want to or not. He felt so comfortable, I was still so tired.
"You should probably go, I don't want my dad to see you" I didn't have to look at him to know he was rolling his eyes. A smile crept up onto my face, I got up off him, seeing him raise his body up. He was shirtless, showing off his abs and broad shoulders.
On his back was a scar, going all the way from his inner back to his lower torso. I reached out for it, tracing my hand along it. That was short lived though, seeing as he held onto my hand, stopping me.
"Where did you get it?" I questioned, it looked like it had been there for quite some time now. He didn't answer me, instead he grabbed his t-shirt, pulling it over his head before picking up his phone.
I decided not to push the subject any longer, he seemed upset after I touched it. Enraged actually.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked nervously, hoping that his response would be yes. He turned back around to look at me. He stared at me, as if trying to find some kind of answers on my face.
"I have somewhere to go with my friends" right. He has a life and tomorrow is Friday anyways. I don't expect him to want to be tutored on a Friday or spend time with me. I feel uneasy for some reason
"You're more than welcome to come" he's smirking. He did that on purpose. I couldn't hide the smile on my face. He's inviting me to go out with him but not just him alone, him and his friends!
Wait but I can't get to excited, I trained for this, I'm prepared. I must not put my full trust in him by any means necessary. But yay! He leaned down to look at me with his hands on either side of the bed.
"We're going to see a game, I'll get you a Jersey, be ready by noon" he placed a soft kiss on my lips before disappearing out my window. I threw myself back on my bed.
I felt like I was on cloud 9. I smiled to myself, just the thought of being around him makes me happy. I closed my eyes, letting the sleep consume me.

"Aurora" I was currently putting my hair up in a ponytail with two strands out in front. I decided to go with a light natural makeup look. Along with my white thin strap vest and my ripped high waist light blue jeans.
Only Alex and Lilah knew where I was going and of course they were coming but they're not, if you catch my drift. I have to tell my dad that we're all going out but they're really going to the all you can eat buffet down town.
"You look pretty" my father commented as I entered the kitchen, I thanked him, bidding him a goodbye as I left. I told Reed to park two blocks away from here just incase my dad noticed his vehicle.
I said my fare wells to my friends before getting into Reed's jeep. I expected to have company but it was only him in here. He placed a kiss on my cheek as I entered, sending shivers straight down my body. His kisses are the kind you'd die for, I swear.
"You look beautiful" he smiled, handing me a Jersey. I guess this was the team he likes Jersey. I threw it on, trying not to mess up my hair and makeup. I tried to hide my blush. I'm not really into sports like that.
I feel like I need to be straightforward with you guys. I'm just not that type of girl but it's with him so I guess I'm into them for his sake but he doesn't need to know that.
It didn't take long for us to reach at the venue. This was a side of Reed I wasn't familiar with and frantically I didn't know if to be scared or honoured. He took my hand in his, leading me inside. We approached some guys who I assumed was his friends.
"Guys, this is a friend of mine, Aurora. Aurora, this is Mike, Jason and Peter" such transparent names. I greeted them with an open smile, trying to ignore the fact that their staring was making me feel uneasy. He addressed me as his friend, I'm not mad.
I like what we have and I'm not ready to put a label on it just yet.
The game started soon enough, we shuffled, trying to find our seats. Reed sat me in his lap, lately he's been doing a lot of shit to catch me off guard.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining I'm just, astonished. He rested his head on my chest as I took a sip of the soda like beer.
"You smell good" he mumbled, I smiled, playing through his loose curls. I thought everyone was gonna wear what we had on but they didn't.
They were in different colours and seeing that Reed and I are matching has my heart throbbing, threatening to show itself.
3 hours later
I'm not gonna lie that ice hockey game is brutal. They're literally fighting for a small ass Puck on ice. ICE. I don't know if they're addicts or just insane.
Reed and his friends were currently talking while I was waiting by the car, on the phone with Lilah.
"Could you at least get me a piece of chocolate cake" I begged her, if you could get drunk off food Lilah would definitely be an alcoholic.
"Fine but I want McDonald's." sure. She wants more food, I don't mind. I noticed Reed wasn't with his friends anymore. Where did he go?
"Aurora right" if I remember correctly this is Mike. Quick analysis all of them are hot, not saying I prefer them over Reed though. They all surely work out.
I nodded, answering his question while my eyes were hopelessly looking for Reed.
"It's weird, seeing him like this" he admitted
"Like what?" this got my attention
"All caring and soft" he said it like it was the best thing on earth
"I don't know what you're doing but you're doing a hella good job at it" a smile was prominent on his face and mines also. After talking to Mike and the others you could say we learnt a lot about each other. Not soon after, Reed appeared with some beers.
I'm still underage so I can only hope that's for his friends. He handed them a beer handing me a non alcoholic drink. One beer today was enough.
"You good?" he asked me, I nodded as he eyed me and his friends weirdly.
After telling Reed's friends goodbye we were off to home. I sighed, slumping into the seat. I'm beyond tired.
"You look tired"
"I am tired" I chuckled softly while he keep his attention on the road ahead of us.
