And like this my mother
arranged a blind date for me
the very next day.

I went to café coffee day,
the place my mother arranged
wearing a short knee length skirt
and a top, she only told me one info about him and that is

a brown shirt,

I entered the cafe and
started searching for someone
in brown shirt,
soon my eyes met his.....

Those dark brown eyes,

he had a smile on his face,

it was like he knew who I was
just by seeing me.
He wore a brown shirt.
I went towards him slowly and
he stood up from the chair and
extended his right hand
towards me to shake and said

"Hi, you are Meriella Joe right?"

"ya",

I said pretty much shocked,
seeing that he recognizes me.

"Iam Joshua Zeraph,
Nice to meet you"

"nice to meet you too.......,
wait, Joshua Zeraph??"

then I suddenly remembered that Larry's sir name was also Zeraph
and this was not a common name here, that means.....

"wait don't tell me you know Larry,
I mean larisa?"

"I know her too well,
iam her older brother"

and he started laughing.

We then sat down and
ordered two Americanos,
I told him how Larry has never
much talked about him
and he said how
she never did so it was not much
of a shock to him.
They always had thousands
of quarrels so it was normal....
He then said

"you are quite different from
what Larry said"

I asked

"you are much cutter in person"

I was able to feel the blush
that kept coming to my face
just by hearing those words.
And i again saw his wide smile,
which was so beautiful.
And thus time passed...
We had a good laugh together
as he was sharing some of Larry's darkest childhood secrets....
It was so fun...
He then dropped me at my apartment gate in his car,

while I was getting out he said

"Meriella,
even if you say no about
what our parents arranged
I mean this blind date,

that I had a great time today
and I will wait to know whether you would like to go further with me".

He then went from there living
me all shocked.
All I could think was about
what he said,
as a person who has never much interacted with much males except father and Theodore,
this was a whole new
experience for me,
but I can't deny that I felt nice,
he didn't even mind my introvert personality,
he was caring, gentle......

Mom then called and
told me that he said yes,
and what my answer was,

And thus it began,
my  love story,
just like a fairy tale....
We used to go on small dates
like coffee dates,
movie dates and the result was
I fell more and more for him.

After 3 months,

I am so excited,
josh called me and
asked whether I was free and
said that he'll come to pick me up
and bring me to a beautiful place.
I wore a knee length dress and waited, he came at 11:30pm
wearing a white shirt and jeans,
Let me tell you,
Believe me if I say this
he looked Hella handsome...

He took me to a bridge and
helped me to get out of the car.
There were many couples like us
and I had a clear view of the river
and was able to see
the big clock tower,
suddenly it was 12:00am
And there were many fireworks
in the dark starry sky...

Suddenly everyone went silent
And were staring at me
Gasping excitedly,
so I turned around and
there he was,

he knelt in one of his legs and extended his hand towards me,
he held a ring in that hand and said...

"Meri,
by being with you for this long,
I have come to know that
you are the one.
I fell in love at first sight
when I saw you enter
the cafe that day,

everything made me fall
hard for you.
And now I have finally made up my mind to speak my heart to you,

There were many more
fireworks suddenly....
The couples had their eyes
filled with envy and
there were many ecos of
everyone shouting....
