It had been a year after Minato's death and Nine tail fox Attack . Everything was rebuilt now and the village is growing at fast pace . Konoha has improved its relation with Hidden Sand Village and Hidden Cloud Village is now ally to Hidden Leaf Village because Konoha helped Kumo by giving them Sharingan . Raikage was pleased by the work of hokage and made a alliance with them . Hidden leaf , Hidden Sand and Hidden Cloud are now fully allied but Hidden stone village has destroyed all relation with Hidden cloud due their alliance with Hidden leaf village.
Fugaku Uchiha was now loved by everyone because they thought that he will be cold hearted but he is caring for village and he has improved the training in academy . In the academy , now all students learn a single elemental Jutsu , Basic Fuinjutsu and a bit Kenjutsu + all the previous syllabus .
Fugaku has improved village's security and his personal security .

Fugaku Uchiha was wearing the Hokage robe and wearing the Hokage hat . He was waiting for a message while sitting on the chair .
After the wait of hours . Someone knocked on his door .
" Come in " Fugaku said and saw that a messenger ninja came with a message scroll in his hands .
" Greetings , Hokage-sama " Messenger Ninja said and in the reply Fugaku nodded as the sign of acknowledge . Messenger Ninja gave the scroll to Fugaku and went back to his office .

We are the rebels in Kirigakure / Hidden Mist Village . We need your help because our Mizukage is not an ordinary person . He is the jinchuriki of three tailed beast . Currently our armies are small in amount against them . We are just 4000 Shinobi and Mizukage has 6000 Shinobi . If you help us , we cannot do much but we can offer you two things Hokage-sama . Fugaku continued " Let me introduce you all to each other .
Kakashi Hatake , He is a Ninjutsu and Genjutsu specialist with having over 100 Jutsu in his arsenal . He has three tomoed Sharingan in both eyes .
Shishui Uchiha , He is a Fire Ninjutsu and Genjutsu specialist . He has many fire style Jutsu in his arsenal . He has Mangekyou Sharingan in both eyes .
Karma Uchiha , He is taijutsu and Ninjutsu specialist . He has three tomoed Sharingan in both eyes .
Ichigo , He is a Kenjutsu expert stronger than seven swordsman of the mist .
Sukuna Ryomen , He is a Taijutsu , Fuinjutsu , Genjutsu and Ninjutsu expert .
Akaza , He is a Taijutsu and Fuinjutsu expert .
So that's the introduction of you all " Fugaku finished their introduction
" But , Hokage-sama why did you need a large group of expert Shinobi for just a A rank mission " Ichigo asked confused . Not able to find real reason of the mission
" A rank mission was just a cover . You six are given a S rank mission . You have to kill their Mizukage and seal Three tailed beast and bring it to Konoha . We will seal it into Hyuga Hinata . So that Hyuga Clan will think we are treating them fairly and it will bring power to our village . S rank mission is a secret . That's why I am sending fourteen more Chunnin and Jonin level Shinobi . So it look like that we are just helping them " Fugaku Finished and everyone present there have their jaw dropped except Ichigo , Sukuna and Akaza .
" Hokage-sama we are going to steal a tailed beast from a village ? " Kakashi asked because he was shocked that his village will go that down .
" Yes , Kakashi we are stealing a tailed beast and we will steal one more after this . But Kakashi According to the request of rebels . I give you one more s rank mission . " Fugaku siad as he was waiting for Kakashi's reaction
" What's the mission Hokage-sama ? " Kakashi asked
" You have to marry Mei Terumi " Fugaku finished his sentence with a small laugh after seeing Kakashi's reaction
