Roxy's P.O.V

Me, Skyla, Aqua and Harvey leap around the Mineplex lobby, trying to decide what game to play. "Snake?" Aqua says, looking around the group. A shudder makes Skyla's wings quiver. "ugh..." I reply, pulling a face. "What? i mean the game!" we all stare at him quizzically.

"Wut." We say in unison. He smacks his forehead comically. He walks away, shaking his head. " You guys coming?" He calls over his shoulder. we all grin foolishly and run after him.

we stop at a portal, the same as the others, but clearly marked "snake,"

aqua turns, he sees our confused looks, and sigh with exasperation. He turns to skyla.

you've never seen this before?!?

nope.

really?

well, i always thought it was some sort of PVP thing...

GAHDAMMIT SKYLA!

Skyla opens her beak to continue the conversation, but i can see a argument beginning, so i grab skyla's scarf and drag her towards the portal, and she grabs harvey, and she grabs aqua's tail. After pushing everyone in, i neatly hop in after them.

when the swirling stops, i wander over and look at the kits. nothing special. i realise that alot of players are staring at me. i flush, wondering why. i glance behind me, to see skyla,harvey and aqua standing behind me in a "v" formation. I never tell them to do this, but it just feels right. i know other players have wolf ears, tails, wings and fins. its just unerving to see them all together. but in the main lobby, its so bustling no one really notices you.

A small group of guys stride over to us. the tallest, black hair with a silver streak, a leather jacket and jeans, turns to me.

Yeah, Whos askin'?

i hear the crowd gasp as I reply so rudely. He seems taken back, but stands firm.

Better watch your step, with that kinda attitude.

And if i don't?

Well then, We'll have a problem.

He turns and walks away. Really? Its gonna take more than a threat like that to make us stay away! Harvey is indignant , saying how he can't just come in and rule the place, skyla is proud, saying how confident i sounded. aqua opens his mouth to speak, but our vision goes black. everythings dark for about 20 seconds, then everything seems to switch on. I'm on a dark green sheep. i wrinkle my nose, not my favourie colour. wait, no one ever told me how to play! i see similar dread on Skyla and Harvey's face. i see the black-haired jacket- wearing threat- giver opposite me on a purple sheep. i feel annoyance spark inside me. my lips are pulled back into a snarl. About 15 players are in a big circle in what looks like a plains biome, with a tree in the middle, a big twisted oak. There is a giant sign i the sky, a timer.
