How I really would've written it:
Katsuki was pissed. Not only did he bomb an English test, but he'd been pestered about a stupid fucking party all week.
He wasn't going, studying was more important. Much more important than being stuck with a bunch of his annoying classmates and whoever they decided to invite.
"Bakugou! Hey man!" Katsuki turned with a sigh, staring into the face of his closest classmate. Very close, he was practically tied to the cute idiot.
"What?" He snapped out, tired and frustrated from the day.
Kirishima knew him well and didn't press about his attitude, nor was he affected by it. "The party... you gonna come?"
Katsuki shook his head, "No way in hell am I going to a stupid party"
"Oh... Well... I told Mina that you'd come... Could you come? Even for a little while?"
"Fine" He finally said. "Stop looking like a kicked puppy now, it's annoying"
(And it made him feel bad, but he wasn't about to go say that.)
"Yes! Come on, let's go!"
Katsuki sighed and walked alongside the excited boy.
He didn't have time go to the party, honestly. Five minutes, in and out. Kirishima never said how long.
Foolproof plan, nothing could ruin the simplicity of it.
When he got back to the dorms, he worked on his homework, getting it done and out of the way.
As per the class's demands, everyone had to wear something better than their usual getup.
What a pain.
Since he was going, willingly or not, his all or nothing standards had him already searching for an outfit to wear.
As workers in the fashion industry, his parents had ingrained the works of fashion and all things related to it. He could throw together a perfect outfit, design clothing, accessorise anyone, apply flawless makeup.
His parents had taught him to be the best at it and he could definitely see the benefits. His hero outfit could be designed and organized perfectly to his needs yet also detailed enough for those making it to do it correctly and easily. Eyeliner was a common, everyday appliance. Depending on the day, he could make it a thinner line, or a beautiful, more visible line.
Useful to say the least.
Katsuki ended up picking out a dark coloured outfit. One of his favorite pair of skinny jeans, ripped black jeans that clung to his legs in a comfortable yet stylish way.
For a too, he decided on a dark grey sweater that was a size or two bigger than his true size.
He looked himself over in the mirror before shrugging and applying eyeliner. Since the party wasn't until later, Katsuki just decided on watching movies to pass the time.
