Chapter 2: Reunion

The bell rang. Ah, my savior.

"Well, bye then Yeager!" I smiled at him while running off to my class.

Math, disgusting. Most math teachers don't even know how to teach so we'll see how this one ends.

I'm a minute late when I enter the class. The teacher just stares at me for a full minute until I finally talk.

"I'm just gonna go sit down." I said awkwardly scooting towards a seat in the front row, it was the only one left.

"Y/n, is it? Tell me why you were late on the first day." the short guy said.

"Sorry Mr...??"

"Ackerman."

"Mr. Ackerman, I got a little lost." I replied. Already the first day and my teacher sounds like an asshole.

"I'll let it pass this time but if you're late again, don't bother showing up at all." He said.

This is why I don't like math.

I just got out of class and to be honest Ackerman isn't that bad. I mean, sure he's a short, short tempered dude but his teaching is actually good.

But, the guy gave us homework on the first day, who does that?!?

Lunch, finally the one thing I like about school, free food.

I walk with Sasha since we had the same class, chemistry with professor Hanji, as they liked to be called.

"What do you think we're gonna eat today?" I asked excitedly

"I don't know but whatever will do I'm sooo hungry!" Sasha said while putting her hand on her stomach.

We finally reach the cafeteria. The sweatiest place in the whole school, if that's even a word.

We bump multiple people while trying to get to our friends, until I suddenly fall straight into the ground. Thank God, I caught myself who knows what kind of shit the floor has.

I pull myself up realizing I wasn't holding onto a table but the famous Eren Yeager. I quickly removed my hand and continued walking, hoping he doesn't keep bothering me about this.

"You're welcome, by the way." He said while putting his arms around my shoulder guiding me through the cafeteria to the table where the others are at.

"Don't get too full of yourself, you didn't do anything." I said while rolling my eyes.

We finally reached the table. I immediately pushed his hand off and went to sit between Connie and Sasha.

"Hey baldy" I said. Connie pushed me I almost fell out of my seat.

"Anyways, what were you two doing together?" Connie asked smirking at me.

"He almost made me fall on my face." I said ignoring the way he's looking at me.

"I did not! You were the one who wasn't looking while she was walking!" Eren said.
