I inhaled the sent of fresh air as I walked into my first class .
The instructer walked in , set his belongings down and said 6 words . I dont think anyone was prepared to answer.
" What Is Your Aspiration In Life? " He said looking intentlly at the class.
Though It grew quiet , you could tell that it all got us thinking. Just when I thought he was going to continue with the lesson he called on me.
" Ms. Richards " .... My palms got sweaty , I cleared my throat " My Aspiration in life is-" as I began to tell the class my answer , two police officers I recongnized as the ones that patrol the college , came in fully decorated .
Are you Carolina Richards ? One asked me . RIGHT IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY ! HE DIDNT EVEN WHISPER. " Why Yes I Am " I replied impatiently. " Come with us " the other said pulling my arm .
Why? Ive done nothing wrong ! I asked as I tried to pry his hands off me but, it was no use . He was too strong and easily dragged me out of the class.
How Humiliating !
