"Alright, be careful with the wounds," I heard Caterina say as I entered the room. She was helping Dante sit up on the King-sized bed.
Dante looked up and stared at me weirdly. He wore an amused grin as he examined my outfit.
"What's with the clothes?" He asked.
I threw my purse on the nearby couch before walking over to him while slipping off the back gloves I wore. I sat on the empty sofa beside his bed.
"I had to deal with a little complication," I said as I crossed my legs together. "How are you feeling?"
"I've been better," Dante replied before whining in pain as he tried to adjust his pillow. Caterina and I immediately leaned over to help him.
"I wonder if that puttano (bitch) survived," Caterina muttered as she flattened out Dante's sheets.
"The asshole is still alive and well," we all turned to the incoming voice. Alessandra stood at the entrance of the bedroom with a disappointed frown.
"When did you return?" Caterina asked.
"Just now," Alessandra replied in a duh tone. "Samantha, I heard that you were able to maintain the mob families in check—Good job."
"Is he with you?" Caterina looked nervous.
Alessandra ignored her and stared at Dante. "I have gotten our backup and we will make sure Santos dies this time."
Dante frowned. "What backup did you get?"
"Il tuo nuovo cognato (Your new brother-in-law)," a deep, baritone voice said.
A tall raven-haired man with tan skin and very muscular body entered the bedroom. His lips were turned upright into a cocky grin. It was Vincenzo Rossini, another feared mafia leader. He was at the same level as Dante, but much more ruthless.
"How dare you bring this bastardo (bastard) into our home?" Dante growled.
"Ouch," Vincenzo touched his heart as he feigned to be hurt by Dante's words.
"He is family now," Alessandra replied.
"I told you I am not going to marry him," Caterina hissed.
"Don't worry principessa (princess), I do not want to marry you either," Vincenzo replied causing Caterina's mouth to hang open.
"How the hell is he part of our family now?" Dante asked confused by Alessandra's statement.
Alessandra gave everyone a strained smile as she put up her left hand. On her fourth finger was a very shiny diamond ring with a silver wedding band underneath it.
"He's my husband," she said.
Vincenzo wrapped his arm around Alessandra's waist with a happy smirk. Alessandra did not look like she shared his happiness but her lips curved up into a smile nonetheless.
"Why would you marry this psycho?!" Caterina gasped.
Alessandra rolled her eyes. "Because we needed his help and I knew you wouldn't marry him, so I did."
Caterina looked away with a guilty expression.
"How exactly will he help?" I raised a brow curiously.
"I have a deal with the Americans which gives me access to all their latest technology," Vincenzo explained. "I also have much better trained men—no offense—and this gives us a better advantage at taking down Santos. All I asked in return was a wife and now I have got her so... qualunque cosa sia mia è sua (whatever is mine is hers)."
"We have already called the Sokolovs and Esmeralda," Alessandra said. "They will arrive in London this afternoon."
"I had my men infiltrate Santos' security," Vincenzo said proudly. "All we need is for your allies to arrive and we will be set to go."
"You are going to invade Santos' house?" Dante asked realizing what Alessandra and Vincenzo were planning.
Alexandra nodded. "We need to attack right now when he is at his most vulnerable. Do we have your approval?"
Dante looked to me for advice. His blue eyes stared into mine and I looked down at his wounds. Anger rose inside of me, I needed to seek out vengeance.
"Santos dies tonight," I nodded firmly.

Author's Note So... I know that the song goes 'Let's kill this love', but I decided to twitch it up a little so the title could go with this chapter. Any BLACKPINK fans in the area???
What do you guys think of Vincenzo? The person I imagine playing him is Michele Morrone. I think I am going to add a second list of characters so you can have a picture of what these new characters look like, well how I picture them. It will include Esmeralda, the Sokolovs and Santos. Also, should I make a spin-off of Vincenzo and Alessandra? Let me know if you would like one.
