Tanjiro and Zenitsu were walking back home....When disaster struck!( Do you think I am joking?)

???: Follow the plan...Got it?

???!: Yah..You are so annoying!

???: Say that again!

???!: Let's just go!

When Tanjiro was passing a abandoned house (out of no where)

Tanjiro: Um...Zenitsu...Let's faster shall we!' I can sense demons...'

Zenitsu: Um...okay?

???: Not so fast kids....

Tanjiro: If it isn't an uppermoon...

Daki: If it isn't the annoying brat!

Tanjiro: Please go away..I don't want to deal this in the middle of the day...

Daki: You disgusting-

Tanjiro: I told you....Go away...

Daki: Well you shouldn't let your guard down.

Tanjiro: What do you mean?

Many demons started attacking Tanjiro from all sides while Tanjiro was dodging and attacking and protecting Zenitsu in the same time.( Multitasking....)

Of course very soon Tanjiro was getting overwhelmed and was about to get defeated but was saved by his other(demon slayers) friends. At the end, the demon's plan failed...again...(unfortunately)

A few days later...

Zenitsu: Are you okay...you are so alert out of a sudden...

Tanjiro: oh...i'm fine!

Zenitsu: the demons aren't going to get me...calm down

Tanjiro: you're right....

Zenitsu: it has been a few days and no demon in sight they must be scared!

Tanjiro: probably I hope!

Well, it has been a year and Tanjiro and Zenitsu are still boyfriends...

After all that happened...

I guess they really are soulmates!
