My mom drops me and my best friend , Jenna , off at the new dunkin donuts. " Bye mom !" I yell.

We enter the building and there was barely any people there. Now everyone goes to the Starbucks down the road. We go up to the front and order a donut and drinks. " that will be 7.63 ", said a old lady. We handed here out money and sat down.

We talked about gossip and other stuff. in the corner of my eye I see a tall boy probably my age sitting by me on his laptop. He is editing a video and his eyes are on his screen. He looks at me and Jenna and says hi. I smile back and Jenna doesn't look up from we phone. I sigh.

Me and the boy start talking. " Are you new to town ?", I ask. " Yep pretty much", he says, "Oh any my name is Kevin Droniak" I tell him my name and Jenna still hasn't got off her phone. I nudge Jenna and she doesn't budge so I pull out my phone text her to pay attention. " Oh ..... hey I'm Jenna Aarons ", she said. " cool do you want to hang out sometime? I have no friends ", Kevin says to me laughing. "Sure !" We exchange phone numbers and add each other in our contacts.

My mom pulls up with my brother carter in the back having a freak out. He's 1 and he HATES going in the car. all he says is " are we there yet?!?!!?!?" It makes me mad but Jenna thinks is cute because she doesn't have siblings. " Emma made a boyfriend ", Jenna sings. My mom turns around and gives me a LOOK. A LOOK is something you do not want from my mom. It's scary. Very scary. When we get home I plop on my bed and text Kevin.
