Not afraid of the dark

Introduction

I always thought it was the dark itself that I was afraid of. Now, I wish it were that simple.

In a town where the darkness of night was the biggest fear, we now must survive in a world with no light. 24 hours of still darkness, no electricity, and no way of going back.

Chapter 1.) The Before

Before the darkness hit, we were only hunted at night. The sun would fall and they would come. We didn't understand at first the intentions of these creatures, or at least we thought we didn't...

The hunting began the night our town mayor went missing. I believe there are things that happened that night that no one will talk about. Secrets that will go to the grave. There is a problem with secrets that go unshared. "What is it?" You ask, well if something bad were to come from that series of events, no one would know how it began.
