The forest was cold and dark due to it being twilight at the time. On July 19th, 1900, my cold feet were hitting the damp forest ground as I was running to save myself from the beautiful, deadly monster sprinting after me at such an inhuman speed that I knew it was a vampire. I stopped for a quick second to look around the quiet forest that was still shining a faint light around me to see due to the moon and the stars being out tonight. As I looked around for a split second, I quickly sprouted my wings and started to take off, but before I could get even six feet off the ground, I felt a large and very cold hand wrap around my ankle and violently pull me to the ground, and soon I was laying on my back.

I was shaking in fear as he revealed his sharp, pointed fangs to me with malign intentions. As he got closer to my neck, I was getting more and more fearful of the lethal death of me, but as he got right to my neck, the vampire was ripped right off me by a shadowed figure that looked to be extremely tall, and that's when I lost consciousness...

[Y/N's outfit present day]

I was in the office that was inside the Fantasy Vampire Bar, looking at the finances and trying to figure out why there was $60,000 gone from the inventory log. This has been happening quite frequently; however, at first, it was only small amounts of money that didn't seem suspicious, and some of it was errors that I fixed, but I wonder who was stealing this type of money and what they were doing with the money. I know when Eric finds out about this, he will not be happy about it, and I pray for the person who is stealing all of the money.

About an hour goes by when I hear the office door open up, and when I look away from the computer, I see the man who saved me from being drained like a vampire cocktail. The man who saved me was... Eric Northman. I can see why you are confused about how this sexy, cold-blooded vampire came to save me and take me under his wing. Well, what most people don't realize is that Eric Northman wasn't as bad as he seemed in the long run.

Now we were lovers who lived in Shreveport, Louisiana, but we weren't any normal lovers since we were technically immortal. We have lived for a long time and have seen many things that I cannot explain.

As Eric walked in, I looked up from the screen only to meet his gorgeous blue eyes. "I've been doing the inventory and checking the financials here, and it seems to me that we are missing quite a bit of money from all of the forms that I have filled out and read through," I said to him in a serious voice. But that only gets brushed off as he looks at my outfit, scanning me up and down before walking over to me. "Are you sure we are missing that much from the paper?" he said in a calm voice that made me shiver in a good kind of way. Yes, we are, and you are welcome to come look at it yourself. I put it all in a spreadsheet for you as well as organized all the forms and documents from the past year, from when the money was normal to when it started to go missing with each shipment, I said with my voice being steady".

As Eric walked around the desk, he effortlessly picked me up from the chair and sat me down on his lap while he turned his attention to the computer in front of him. With one hand on my thigh and one hand on the mouse, he steadily scanned over the documents and read the reports that I spent hours filling out. But as quickly as he read through them, the quicker his attention was seriously turned to me because he had seen that I was right, and that meant someone that was working under Fantasia was pocketing all the money that was missing from the forms.

He closed his eyes and tried to stay cool, even though I could see right through him that he was livid. I wasn't going to call him out for that. So I turned around where I was straddling him and started to rub his shoulders to help de-stress him some. But when he looked at me, I could see the lust in his eyes and feel him start to harden underneath me. This wasn't anything unusual, because anytime I'm around him, he gets turned on, no matter the task.

So I slowly leaned down to kiss him on the lips with passion, but that was squashed as Eric kissed me harder than before and grabbed my hips. But before we could go anywhere else, Pam had entered through the door. Eric, I need your help." Pam started but stopped and started to snicker when she walked in and noticed the slightly annoyed Eric look at her. So I got off of his lap and whispered in his ear, "Some other time, I guess," and that's when I walked away, hearing him growl and wink at Pam as I smirked and started to snicker with her.
