Hi guys! Since some of you asked me to list out all the hints and clues that I put in to foreshadow, I thought that it'd be cool tidiest list them out in case you missed anything.
I'll go in order in which they are mentioned.

"dripping down into the sink like blood" - hinting at bodily parts
"tooth white towel" —hinting at bodily parts
"long-fingered comb" — hinting at bodily parts
"rotting oak cabinet" — hinting at decay/death
"he was always the MAIN COURSE when it came to DEVOURING the talk of the town" - foreshadowing of eating
"decaying wallpapered wall"— hinting at decay/death
"HEAD of garlic" —hinting at bodily parts
"EAR of corn" —hinting at bodily parts
"bubbled and blistered like seared skin" —foreshadowing was to what's to come (cooking skin/searing it like a steak?)
"vegetables he'd made a victim of"
"lady fingers" —hinting at bodily parts
"Heather, pretty soft leather" —foreshadowing of skinning/drying her skin into leather
"color a mimicry of stained teeth" —hinting at bodily parts
"ARMS of the chair/LEGS of the table/not a HAIR closer" —hinting at bodily parts
"top PUPIL in his class" —hinting at bodily parts
"meat stew" —it was never mentioned that he had prepared any meat
"Mrs. KERSHAW" — Kershaw is a brand of knives lol
"holding a bottle of DE GRÂVE" — basically "the grave"
"LEGS of the wooden table" —hinting at bodily parts
"strange SMELL coming from the SUNKEN couches" — a dead person's skin is sunken
"LEGS of the stand across the room seemed too long to be just any animal..." —hinting at bodily parts
"part of my home" —her body parts making up the furniture and other souvenirs lol
