I'll stay (Lumine x Xiao)

The nightmare

The birds started to chirp, and the sun glowed from outside the window. "GOOD MORNING!!!" Hu Tao screamed. "Morning." Xiao says. "Where is everyone?" "Asleep." "Oh- well then we should wake them up!" Hu Tao was just about to go into Lumines room before Xiao stops her. "What do you think you're doing?!?" "Waking them up...?" "No, don't wake them up! They need their rest." Hu Tao gives Xiao a look "Why are you looking at me like that-??" "It's just that your being so nice to the Traveler...don't tell me..." "Don't tell you what?!?" "You have a crush on the traveler...!?!?" "W-WHAT, N-NO!!" "Xiao has a crush on the traveler~~ Xiao has a crush on the traveler~~~" Hu Tao begins to chant. "OH MY GOD, HU TAO YOU BETTER SHUT IT BEFO-" Zhongli enters the room, "Oh my god, what are you two fighting about now?" "Xiao has a crush on the traveler and he won't admit it!" "N-NO I DO NOT!!" Xiao's heart start to beat faster. "I thought so, well I better get going. You two better stop making such a ruckus before the traveler wakes up." Zhongli then walks out of the room. 

A few hours pass and Xiao starts to hear slight cries coming from the traveler's room. Xiao quickly rushes to Lumines room and sees her having a nightmare. "A-Aether...don't go..." Xiao walks over to Lumines bed and sees Paimon is still dead asleep. The time was 6 AM. Xiao sat next to Lumine and put her head on his lap. Lumines breathing starts to slow down and she continues to sleep peacefully. Since Xiao doesn't sleep, he just stayed there with Lumine until she woke up. Finally, Lumine woke up. Xiao quickly teleported to the downstairs so Lumine wouldn't find out he was with her the rest of her sleep. Lumine walks downstairs with Paimon behind her to greet everyone with a Goodmorning. 

Lumines smile somehow calms down Xiao. The rest of the day they just hanged out in Wangshu Inn while Hu Tao and Zhongli did their commissions. "So, Xiao, how did you and Hu Tao meet?" Xiao replies with "Well I can't really remember but Hu Tao has really been my only friend since I was little." "Thats great to hear!" "Mhm...." "Is there something wrong?" "No, I'm fine." "You sure?" "Yes, I am sure." Xiao says trying not to show that he is annoyed. "Well okay then!" Lumine then yawns, "I'm a bit sleepy." Xiao says, "Then just go to bed." Lumine gets up off the couch and walks upstairs, "Sure." As Lumine is heading upstairs he gets this weird feeling of wanting her to stay longer. "Wait!" Xiao shouts. Lumine turns around to face Xiao. "Yes, Xiao?" "Y-You can stay and sleep here if you'd like..." Lumine blushes but hides it by looking around. "Sure." Lumine then walks over to Xiao and sits next to him on the couch. "Goodnight, Xiao." "Goodnight, Lumine." Lumine places her head on Xiao's shoulder and falls asleep.
