I run up and take a quick shower then I get dressed and go in Allies room then text her to come up to see me that I had to tell her something. We finally get back to Allie’s house and it was about 2:30 I had to go to basketball at 4. So we had time to just relax or do whatever. I sit down on the couch while everone else is coming in the house. “ im taking a shower.” Raelynn screams. I go up get my shower change into my basketball outfit then went down stairs. “ what time is it?” “3:45” raelynn answerd. “thanks.. well we should get going.” We get in the car and start driving then my song comes on which isn’t the radio we plugged Allies ipod into the speakers so we could listen to it. “Say baby I had to mention that if you were a star youd be the one im searching for other girls they got attention but I just feel there in need of something you got its obvious your pretty heard that you’re a student workin weekends in that city tryn to take you out girl hope your not to busy.” I sang out loud not realizing it. “wow.” Raelynn said shocked. “what?” I said rubbing the back of my neck. “you’re a good singer.. I never knew you could sing..” “ I don’t like to sing in front of people.” I said just shrugging it off. We finally reach our high school. We get into the gym before they go on the bleachers Raelynn hugs me “good luck.” She said walking up the bleachers to where Allie and Trent were. The game went by really fast we won. And I made the winning score which made me feel great. Raelynn runs off the stands and hugs me “ you did great.” She said while we were walking to the car. “Maybe your just my good luck charm..” I said winking at her. She just smiled. Shes so beautiful .. we get in the car. “ you did really good Blaine” Allie said while pulling out of the school parking lot. “ thanks Allie.” “want icecream?” “yes! I want icecream.” I said like duhhh. “well sorry mr.Attitude” “I kid I kid.” I reach over and hold Raelynns hand. “ew your sweaty.” She said wipping her hand on the seat. “sorry.” I said embarrassed then turn my head and look out the window. Then I feel someone holding my hand I look over and Raelynns smilling at me then she whispers in my ear “ I didn’t say I didn’t like it.” She said sending a chill through my body .. I felt this was definatly ment to be. “whats going on back there kids?” Trent said looking at us.. he was probably watching us the whole time. Raelynn and I just look at eachother shrug look back at trent and say “nothing.” We say nothing but I knew it was definitely something, was this a sign that she wanted to be with me should I tell her, no im still going to wait. We arrive a the Icecream place, Bruster’s I love this place they had like the best icecream I always get the mint chocolate chip waffle cone with 3 scoops, a growing boy needs his icecream you know. We all order then sit at one of the tables outside, It was a really nice day for ice cream it was sunny but with a slight breeze, to keep you cool. I was on the same side of the bench as Raelynn . we were sitting talking about my basketball when this older lady from behind the counter came up to us. “Hi, sorry to interrupt but I couldn’t help but notice that you guys are the cutest couple ive ever seen.” Referring to me and Rae. “oh well thanks but were just friends.” Said reassuring her. “oh awkward im gonna leave now.” She says awkwardly walking away i start burst out laughing. “shes adorable.” Raelynn said while giggling. “see were not the only ones who think you guys would be a cute couple a lady we don’t even know came up to you.” Allie stated. “ okay can yall hurry up and eat im all sweaty and its gross.” I said flipping my hair. They finally get done eating and we get back in the car and start driving. “ew I don’t want to go back to school on Monday.” Allie said extending the “ew”. “neither do I I wish it was summer again.” I say.
**Flash Back***
“Blaineeee wake your sleepy but up!” I hear someone say my eyes were all groggy because I was in a deep sleep I rub my eyes to get more awake. It was Raelynn. “Raelynn what are you doing here its like 9 in the morning?” “well me and my family are going to the Beach we & im allowed to bring a friend.. so do you wanna come?” “oh yeah sounds fun but whyd you wake me up to tell me that now?” “because were leaving in 20 minutes now hurry and get dressed.” “Raelynn! This is so last minute.. I haven’t packed or asked my mom.” “already did that, & youre aloud to go now come on!” “ugh fine can I atleast get a shower?” “theres no time hurry just throw something on.” “ugh okay.” I get up throw on a tank top shorts and my jordans and were off. We get there at around 6 and we un pack and eat and everything and its around 8. Raelynn and I decided to go down to the beach and just walk around. We go a little in the water & I splash her. “BLAINE MICHAEL GREGORY!” she said angrily while I laugh my ass off. I finally stop laughing and she wasn’t mad anymore and we decide to sit down.. “its so beautiful.” She said stairing at the sky and the ocean. “Breathe taking.” I said. I look over at her and she was already looking at me. We stared into eachothers eyes and we kissed.

That was about 3 years ago. Rae and I have kissed before but it didn’t really mean anything to us.We were eachothers first kiss. But we never told anyone that because they would think we were dating and we weren’t.
“Blaine you alright?” I hear Raelynn say as she grabs my hand. “yeah im fine I was just thinking..” “about what..” “do you remember when we went on that vacation to the beach 3 years ago?” “yeah.” “I was thinking about that.” We arrive at Allies yet again. “im getting a shower.” I scream getting my stuff ready. “we’ll miss you dearly.” Raelynn said holding here heart and pretending to cry “oh bite me.” I say going upstairs to shower. I get dressed and come back down stairs and they were watching finding nemo. “really guys finding Nemo? How old are we 5?” I said sitting on the couch by Rae. “shut up you cry every time you watch lilo and stich.” Raelynn said with a smirk. “ I told you not to tell anyone.” I whisper to her. “ its okay man I do too that movie gets to me.” Trent says “ He really does.” Allie said “hey what time is it I have to be home at 7 I have to baby sit Caitlyn.” “she is 14 years old.” “ I know but my mom doesn’t like her being home alone.””oh him coming over I love her! Were gonna talk about boys shes so beautiful I bet she has a boyfriend.” “Rae that’s my little sister I don’t want her having a boyfriend.” “oh shush you were kissing girls when you were her age.” Referring to my kissing her at the beach when I was 14 and she was 13. “time please?” “ 6:45” “allie can you give me and Rae a ride to my house?” “sure.” We got in the car and left.
