Mira woke up to her alarm.
She got ready for work. She took a shower, brushed her teeth,washed her face, brushed her hair. All the necessary things you need to get ready in the morning.She put on her outfit.
She went down stairs and greeted her mom who was cooking her favorite.
PANCAKES AND BACON!!!
"Hello mommy how are you today?" Mira asked.
Her mother responded with"I'm doing well now that you're awake."
Mira responded with "Are you sure, you have that look on your face when something's on your mind."
"Oh darling I'll tell you after you get home from work. Make sure you bring that boy Yeonjun Choi with you he's he's also needed. I made plans to have dinner with his parents since we're friends." Mira's mom responded.
"But why do I have to bring Yeonjun mommy" Mira asked.
"I said I'll tell you after work now get going before that mean ole Kim Jongin fires you!" Miras mom says as she shews her away.
Mira arrives at work as Nakamoto Yuta greets you at the door and opens the door for you.
Yuta teases Mira saying " MirMir I can't believe you're wearing that goofy outfit again."
"HEY NOW MY MOM PICKED THIS OUT FOR ME!" She exclaims.
Yuta laughs as he sees how childish she is.
They both walk together at their desks doing paperwork.
Mira sees Yeonjun and she goes up and talks to him"Yeonjun for some reason my mom invited your parents and you for dinner. She was REALLYYYY hoping if you could come to the dinner.
I promise her cooking will be good."
He nods in agreement to her invitation" I mean don't really have a choice since my parents will be there."
A FEW HOURS AFTER WORK
Mira and Yeonjun arrive at her home.You see your mom and Yeonjun's
parents sitting on the couch in the living room.They both sit down as
Mira's mom starts to speak"Mira,I hope you will agree to this but Yeonjun's parents and I have decided that you and Yeonjun are going to be in an arranged marriage."
Mira and Yeonjun both stand up synchronized and exclaim"WHAT!!"
Mira runs out of her house thinking about what her mom said.Her mom hugs her and says."Mir, the reason this is happening is because your father wanted you to marry him because of how wealthy his family his and how it would be able to pay of the debt he has with Yeonjun's family because he made a deal with them.So we're giving them our most prized possession which is you."
She nods in agreement and a tear rolls down her face and she walks in the house with her mom as she sees the the others staring at her.
Mira's mom and Yeonjun's parents leave them alone to think about this.
Yeonjun goes up to Mira and makes jokes trying to lighten the mood but he coughs awkwardly as he says"It could be worse you could be getting married to the ugliest guy in the office."
Mira glares at him in disgust" Can't you see this is a time to be serious and not a time to be a clown like you always are"She says in annoyance.
"Do you know what this means Yeonjun.You know I have to get married to you just because of some stupid thing my dad did with your family.I have to deal with my dad's stupid mistakes once again.SO MUCH FOR A LOVING FATHER. Mira cries into Yeonjun's chest as he pets her head comforting her knowing how much pain she is in.
