today me, finn, and a few more of our friends were getting together to go to an arcade. we were meeting up there at around 3, so i had 2 hours to get ready. i grabbed my clothes and went to the bathroom to shower.

after i got out, i dried off and got dressed. i threw on a black short sleeve crop-too, with an open back that tied. i found a pair of jeans from hollister and threw them on along with my air-forces. i put mascara on and chapstick, and went back to my room.

it was 2:27, so i still had time before i needed to leave. i brushed my hair back into a loose ponytail. i grabbed my phone and went downstairs.

it was now 2:46 and it took around 10 minutes to get to the aracade. i stood up from the couch, grabbed my keys off the table and headed out the door to my car.

i drove off to the aracade blasting music in the process, when i got a text from finn.

i turned my phone off and pulled into the parking lot. i found a parking spot and got out the car, making sure i had everything i needed.

when i walked in, i was hit with nostalgia. the last time i came to this arcade was for my birthday. it hasnt changed much.

i found the group sitting at a table and walked over, immediately being noticed by finn, in which he rolled his eyes and smiled at me. sadie got up and hugged me.

"oh my god i feel like i havent seen you in forever!!" she exclaimed, pulling away from the hug and standing beside me. millie reciprocated sadies move. finn just smiled and quickly walked off, which was weird in a way.

we all followed behind him, already having our tickets and just wondered around the arcade. i found a claw machine with duck plushies and decided to try it out, and on my first try i got a duck.

"ok show off" finn scoffed and smirked, and my god did that give me butterflies. ive always had this thing for finn but i brushed it off cause he only saw me as his best friend, which im fine with.

"yeah? as if u could do any better." i crossed my arms and smirked tilting my head slightly upwards at him. he looked around and saw a sign that said laser tag and i already knew what he was thinking. we all rushed towards the sign and waited in line.

when it was our turn, we put on the vests and grabbed the guns.

"yall are going down my dudes." caleb said, chuckling afterwards and making sure his gun worked.

"ok game-on caleb." sadie smirked and walked in, everyone following after. we all split up and hid around waiting for the buzzer sound, signaling the game has started.

when i heard that sound, i crouched down and hid, making sure i shot anyone who passed by or tried shooting me. i ended up shooting millie, which she laughed and walked off. i stayed crouched down, when i felt a hand cover my mouth and tilt my head upwards.

"relax its just me," the curly haired boy said and saw me clutch my gun. "dont shoot." he whispered, which gave me butterflies.

i slowly stood up and turned around to face him. he was a bit taller than me, so i had to tilt my neck a bit.

"what are you doing?" i whispered, slowly letting my gun fall in one hand by my side. finn stared into my eyes for a bit and his eyes flickered down to my lips. my eyes did the same thing and the next thing i knew our lips connected.

i wrapped my hands around his neck, my hands getting tangled in his curly hair. his hands slithered around my waist pulling my closer. i groaned into the kiss, as he slipped his tongue in my mouth.

we made out for another minute until both of our buzzers went off, indicating that we got shot. we turned around and saw millie and noah standing there giggling, and sadie and caleb came out from around the corner.

"how- how long have yall been there?" i said out of breath, my hands still around finns neck and his still around my waist.

"since yall started swapping spit" noah replied, gagging in the process.

"yeah, laser tag is for fun not for making out. get a room if yall are gonna do that." caleb agreed with noah, and they all walked off laughing. me and finn turned back to each other and laughed.

"well, where were we?" i smirked and connected our lips together again.
