Act XXII: (Inui)
This is just a backstory of Inui

Inui Seishu was known as the "killer of Valhalla" and was the vice-captain of Valhalla, he has a good relationship with Mikey and were friends since they were 10 years old. Inui didn't really had a good childhood (like most of the characters here), so let me tell you the tale of Inui Seishu.
Inui didn't really had a good childhood from the day he turned 4. His father left when he was just 6 years old, because his parents had an argument and from there, his mother started to drink, smoke and bring random guys home from her work. He didn't know why, he didn't know how, but he just wanted to just kill himself, but he just couldn't, he went to school like normal, get bullied like normal and be saved by Mikey and Inui would tell Mikey about his problems and Mikey would try and beat up those people, but Inui would just stop him from doing it. In the future, Mikey would become the captain of Toman, have people from his previous fights and together they would stop the Kantou Manji Gang (but we are talking about Inui's past and present, so what would his future be like?), well his future would be... different, he would work with Takemichi in the Kantou Manji Gang arc (also known as the final arc), be friends with Kazutora and would wear some nice fancy high-heels.
This is the end of the character arc, the next few arcs would be backstory of how different gang came to be.
