chapter 4- Handling the beast

Jacks pov (3 months since Jack came):

Toby has been trying to avoid me lately. He's been coming up with exuses on why he can't hang out and it's really starting to piss me off. Today I was going to make him talk to me.

I walked out of my new room and straight to Tobys room. I knew he'd be awake because he rarely sleeps. Thats the other thing I'm here for. I knock on the door and open it. When I entered I found no Toby. The only thing in the room was the bathroom light which was illuminating the room. I knock on the bathroom door and I hear a bit of movement then the door opened. I saw Toby and flipped out. He looked so tired, he was wearing an oversized shirt, no pants, and black gloves with holes for his fingers. "Toby are you okay?!" I shouted and grabbed him by his hips pulling him closer. He looked shocked and tried to break out of my grip. I kept him close even though he kept moving and squirming around. Soon he stopped and asked. "W-Why are y-you in here i-in the first pl-place?" I took my note book out and wrote. 'You keep avioding me and shit so I wanted to hang out.' He looked suprised at my answer and chuckled. "J-Jack I have a-alot of work I-I can't avoid y-you!" He hugged me and started to settle. I pulled us on the bed and had he trapped. "I-I don't want to s-sleep right n-now!" He whined like a five year old. I rolled my head and put it in his neck. His heavy breaths turned to slower more spaced out ones. And thats when I noticed he always wore gloves. I didn't think much about it at first but now I wonder what he's hiding from us... I didn't take them off so I don't feel like an complete creep but I will be asking him about it later. Soon I also went into a deep slumber. I only awoke when I felt my arms being pryed open. I saw none other than mr sleeping beauty. I pulled him closer and snuggled more into him. He seemed to be still asleep so I let him sleep for a bit longer. Soon I to joined him again.
