You and David were walking through the mall on your guys' say off.

"Davey." He hummed in response. "How'd they get that car in the mall?" You asked him

"Uhhh..they probably put it through the roof. Or something." He said looking at you as if you already knew that

"But there's not a hole in the ceiling though.." you said looking back up at him

"Angel. Please tell me your joking." He said wondering how your grown ass didn't know stuff like this

Before you could respond you saw someone with disgust on their face pointing at you and David holding hands

(In case this doesn't make senses you know how David's like an actual giant well he looks really old but you compared to David you look like a high schooler so people think it's really weird. Hope that clears it up)

You slowly removed your hand from David's and moved a little further from him.

"Angel? What's wrong? Did I say something?" He asked as he stopped in his tracks wondering why his mate wasn't holding on to his hand any more.

Looking down you responded.

"N-no just someone is looking at us. A- and I look a lot younger then you you and- and I'm sorry if I embarrassed you David." You said tears stinging the back of your eyes, a lump in your throat

You always knew you and David looked different in age but you knew you guys were actually pretty close in age.
