Lee's POV:
I quickly dried myself and changed into something presentable and exit my room. Walking into the halls, I greeted a few servants who were living in the mansion on my way to meet this visitor as they all greeted me back. I admire everyone's loyalty to my family, I wonder what my ancestors has done for them and as to why I've never really seen a lot of people moving out of Aurius.
I don't really read the history books my mother has given me so I have no clue, to tell you the truth, I barely know the reason why my ancestors stayed here for decades. The day I became the family head, I was too focused on managing the town my family has nourished and protected for all these years, those were hard times considering I was basically still a child, worrying about the state of this land while taking care of my younger brother and griefing my parents' death.
I shook off the thoughts in my head as I continued my way down the halls, saying this mansion is big is merely nothing but an understatement, it is HUMONGOUS, one who only spent little time here will get lost easily. Sighing, I tied my hair up as I continued down the halls. Taking my time as I admired the furniture and decors around the mansion as if it's my first time in here.
After a few minutes of wandering, I reached the training grounds where I can sense an unfamiliar mana flowing around the area. What an interesting place to want to enter at your first visit. Perhaps they're competitive? Or a show off? For some reason this mana makes me feel so-
Something I cannot describe easily, it makes me feel so overwhelmed. A mix of temptation, fear and excitement? I think that's it...this is the first time I can't understand my own feelings, I want to run away yet I also want to meet this person. No I have to, this person could be a threat.
Wasting no more time, I entered the training grounds, reaching below I could make out a figure of tall man, but as I walked closer I was immediately frozen in place. Eyes widen as I stared in disbelief, I was baffled, fazed, confused- whatever words that's similar to those. They looked at me with a smile and spoke,
"It's nice to finally meet you, lady Chrysus"
No wonder it makes me feel so different, this mana...this person...I gave them a small curtsy and took a big breath before finally speaking,
"I could say the same to you, current Wizard King, Julius Novachrono"
