CHAPTER 5

After college i reached my cafe on time and started doing my work along with vidhi....today was also a busy and at about half past seven i heard a familiar voice

kk- hey sweetie

i was taken aback...i didnt expect him to be here today

teja- hey karan sir...what a pleasant surprise
(Did he just call me sweetie 😍)

kk- teja i thought we where friends!!😒

teja- ofcourse we are...what happend?🤔

kk- then why are you calling me sir...call me karan from now 😐
i chuckled and nodded...the manager shouted at me for talking personal matters during working hours as the crowd was too much ...immediatly i looked at karan and saw him angrily looking at the manager ...i suddenly appologized to the manager and took karan to a corner seat 

kk- how the hell he talk to you like that ??

teja- karan just see the rush...probably because of that only..otherwise he is really a sweet person and today it was a mistake from my side too

kk- hmm yeah... you are right!! so ms tejasswi can i get a cup of cappuccino ??

teja- (with a bright smile) sure sir

Days passed like this ..karan and teja met everyday both of them was feeling attracted to each other a little too much...they were more than just friends but not yet lovers..karan used to take teja to his house to meet his mom and his mom treats teja as her own daughter...she loves teja a lot even teja loves km (karan's mom) a lot.....karan also came to know that shivani is tejas best friend so whenever he meets arjun he takes teja also with him ( as shivani and arjun are in living relation)they used to have lots of fun together and they also included vidhi in their meetups

one day while entering the cafe karan saw a boy misbehaving with teja and he was really angry😠...he straight away went to  that boy and hit him really bad...teja was crying 😭and tried to calm karan and finally he stopped hitting the boy and made the boy apologize to teja ..after the boy went out and crowd in the cafe settled karan took teja to a corner table and gave a soft hug and wiped her tears ..he consoled her now she was a bit ok 

kk- teja i want to talk to you something but i dont know if i have the right to say this to you yet

teja - why so formal karan..tell na

kk- you and vidhi just quit this job (he took vidhis name so that it wont sound akward)..please jus...

teja- (before he could complete )  no way karan ...its really hard to find a job like this that too after college hours with this decent pay...this is our only source of income

kk- teja relax...let me first finish...i would like to hire both of you at my office ...i really need  accounts clerk and since both of you know commerce why dont you guys join..and i promise to pay you good

teja- but karan i really dont know if its a good idea...as both of us will be free only after 4.30 and  I am a bit confused let me just talk with vidhi and tell you

kk- yeah take ur time...i have employees to work till 5.00pm but the work is not going smoothly after that ..so i want you guys after 5 till 10 pm and i will ensure your safety  .....please do let me know before this week as i am really in need of accountants...hope you understand

(its a little illogical but please excuse )

teja- sure karan 

karan waited in thr cafe till her shift was over and teja talked with vidhi and vidhi also wished to do a decent job so was ready to accept karans offer...they informed kk that they are ready and informed the manager they are quitting ...so finally its there last day in the cafe

while sorting and cleaning the kitchen

vidhi - (teasingly) so madam...someone always there to wait for you take u home safely

teja =(blusshing) shut up vidhi

vidhi- what exactly is going on betwwen you two ??

teja- we are just friends !!

vidhi - really ??

teja - ( (blushed and turned her face to hide her blush )

finally they were done and came to kk...kk & teja bid bye to vidhi and started to tejas house...on the way

teja- thank you karan 

karan- for ??

teja- always protecting me...never felt this safe with anyone other than my papa...but thank u for always being there for me (she started crying)

karan stopped karan in the road side 

karan- oye oye...sweetie why are you crying ..please dont cry...i cant see tears in your eyes ...i protect you because you are very special for me 

teja - blushed and looked outsid....suddenly she screamed kaarrrannn!!

kk- what happened sweetie!! (shocked )

teja- ICE CREAM !! (pointing outside like a kid)😚😋

kk- who shouts like this for ice cream sweetie...you really scared me 😐

teja- innocently pouted and said sorry 🥺

kaaran just chuckled and got out to get ice creams for them !! he got 2 ice creams for them and teja immediatly grabbed her ice cream and finished it quickly and looked  at kk with her puppy eyes🥺 ..karan was really shocked by seeing her way of eating ..just like a small baby 

kk- why are you eating like a baby?? And what's up with thos look?? 🤨

teja looked at him and then looked at the ice cream he was holding and kk understood what she want

kk- i am not going to give you my ice cream and started eating it😎

teja gave a sad face at kk and he immedialty melted🥺😔

Kk- such s cutie she is (in his mind)

he with a smile his ice cream to teja and suddenly just like a kid she got super excited and started screaming and gave a kiss on kk's cheeks😘 and she immedialty realized what she did and sat back in her seat putting her head down in emabarsment 

kk was shocked with the suddeden kiss but was happy inside☺

the ride was silent after that and they reached tejas place

teja- bye karan

kk- tejasswi!! what is this behavior??

teja was scared & sad as he never called her tejasswi and thought he was angry🥺😟

teja- sorry karan..i i i ddint mmean...'

before she could complete kk gave a peck on her cheeks and said

kk- i have given  back whatever u gave...i believe in give and take 😎and winked at her 😉
And also if this is what I am going to get for an icecream means everyday I don't mind getting you one 😌☺

she blushed and ran to her apartment... she wanted to invite kk inside but it was already too late

both of them had a very beautiful and memorable day and was just thinking about the small but beautiful moment they shared
