The cat lifted its head to the beaming sunlight, feeling the warmth of a bigger being next to it. The wolf stayed by the cats side, grooming and feeding the cat. The black feline, had no feeling of danger near the giant beast anymore. It was neutral. Then, they touched noses.

"Have you been in the art class?" Zika asked, his dark eyes looking over at Koda, who sat across from him in the cafeteria. The two had talked for some time now. Starting to get to know each other and each day, Koda learned a new word. "No..." Koda said poking at the cafeteria food. Zika's eyes wondered over Koda's visuals. His face seemed so perfect. But there was no way Zika was...
"You could come in today? Some of my friends will be there. Its more of a hang out area, than an actual class" Zika said and Koda looked up from the tray, locking eyes. Koda's big eyes scanned Zika's features and he nodded. "Ok... I... Go..." Koda said, focusing on his words and pointing to his chest, whenever he was reffering to himself. Zika smiled brightly, reaching his hand foreward and placing it softly on top of Koda's head. No more words were said, but Koda's body seemed to tingle at Zika's touch and head pats. "You better finish your food, we have class in 20 minutes..."
Koda did as Zika told him and finished the rather plain cafeteria food. They walked together, talked. It was more Zika talking, but Koda repeated a few words and spoke a bit himself. It was not a lot, not enough to form proper sentences, but it was words and it was progress. Zika grabbed Koda's hand and pulled him to his chest. The smaller boy was flustered and confused, but not even a split second after a ball came flying at full speed, where Koda had once stood. His face was buried into Zika's chest. He felt, that under Zika's clothing, hid a well built body. Koda could see how broad the taller boys shoulders were. When the boy looked up at him, he saw a perfect person. His heart seemed to be set in motion, feeling Zika's one hand, tightly around his arm and the other, holding his waist close to Zika's body.
"Sorry Zika!" The boys that shot the ball shouted and Zika glared at them. They stayed quiet and walked to get the ball, mumbeling something under their breath. "Sorry, You alright Koda?" Zika said and looked down at the smaller boy. "Yes... Me... Fine..." Koda said and pushed away from Zika slightly, feeling his heart almost ache at the lack of contact they had now.
It was what Koda thought of through his classes. His ears were completly red and his heart finally calmed down near the end of his last lesson. There was no way that he had.... For Zika... No, he would not dare to admit me. It was simply not possible.
Koda walked down the hallway, seeing Zika with a small group of people. It was Hannah and a slightly chubby boy with curly hair and a beanie and a skinny tall girl, with long dark hair. Zika locked eyes with Koda and smiled brightly. "Koda, come over here!" Zika called. Koda smiled and ran over to him. "This is the classroom where we hangout. Known as the art class. Come on in." Zika said and Koda seemed to melt at the boys voice.
In the art room, Koda came to learn they were all just friends. "Hey, Koda, can you hand me that Spray can there? The Lilac one?" The tall girl asked. The boy looked around and grabbed the paint can, feeling another hand on his. He looked up and saw Zika, seeing how close he was to him. Their faces so close, their noses almost touching. They stood still, frozen, perhabs in shock. Zika's eyes scanned the others face, from their big, beautiful, dark eyes, to their button nose and pick cheeks, to their pretty lips. Once again, everything else seemed to dissapear. It was just Koda and Zika, standing in the void. It was only them. Zika took Koda's hand away from spray can, his eyes not breaking the contact. Koda's heart beated so fast and he felt like panicing.
Koda was the one to break eyes contact, as Zika moved only half an inch closer. They were back in reality and Koda handed the tall girl, he learned was named Ina, the spray bottle. "Thanks, thought you two were gonna stand there till' you were old and grey, sheesh..." Ina said, both teasingly and annoyed it took so long to get a spray can.
"Koda?" The boy turned around to Zika. "It's friday tommorrow... We are all gonna go to my place and have a movie night and have a sleepover... You wanna come along?" Zika asked. Koda's ears turned red. Hannah, Ina and the boy, who's name is Jack, all looked at them. Hannah and Jack nodded enthusiaticly, while Ina just gave a thumbs up. Koda then nodded. "Sure... I go... t-to..? Zika's??" Koda said, in a questioning tone if he got the sentence right. Zika smiled brightly and gently patted Koda's head again. "Ok, Just, be sure to ask your parents if its alright"
With that, Koda had plans. He had no idea what was about to happen.

The black cat looked at the wolf, tilting its head at it. The wolf stood up and walked off. The cat didn't want the wolf too leave and so, it limped after it. When it let out a mewl in pain, the beast turned around and helped the cat up. With a small noise, the cat understood, that the wolf was going out for more food.
