A Different Story

Pete stayed with me

This is my first time writing a story. I hope you all enjoy it. What would have happened if Pete didn't escape the safehouse after Vegas released him.

Pete's pov

Vegas begged me not to leave him and kissed me. I have never seen Vegas like this before, his eyes were full of tears and his nose was so red from crying. I looked at him with both teary eyes. He was kneeling in front of me and my heart broke seeing him in this condition.

He has done tons of bad things to me, seeing him in this state I should be happy. But why, I want to hug him, console him and make him smile.
My brain tells me to leave him but my heart is telling me to stay with him.

"Pete stay with me please, I cannot live without you." Vegas said as he hold my hand and kissed them. Right at that moment, his phone rang. He didn't looked at his phone, his eyes where still looking at our hands which were interlocked together. We stayed like this for more than 5 minutes while his phone kept on ringing.

"Just pick up your phone, it might be important." I said looking at Vegas. "Why do you keep calling me?" he said with voice filled with anger right after clearing his throat. I guess it was Nop by the way of his speaking. His eyes widened after hearing the other one speak and his hands started to tremble. I got worried seeing his reaction.

"And how is Macau?" he asked with a shaky voice. The other one said something and he ended the call saying, " Take care of him, I will be there in 30 minutes."

I slowly looked at him and he let go of my hand and then started to hurt himself. "What happened, Vegas?" I said while looking at him. His eyes got teary and he said, " My dad and Macau got into a car accident." I got worried because they are the only person who he cares in this whole world even if he dad never treats him right. "And how are they?" I said as he was still crying while looking down.

"They are both taken to hospital, Macau hasn't had any severe injury but my dad is in badly injured. Pete, I am scared what am I gonna do if something happened to my dad. I have to go the hospital." he said as he was standing  and searching for his key.

Vegas hands were trembling in fear. I immediately went closer to him and hold his face. "Vegas, calm down everything is going to be okey and give me your car keys I will take you there." I said as I don't even know what to do in this situation. He immediately looked at me in shock and gave me the car keys and searched his pocket for the key to open the handcuff and opened it. Then he went to the locker and gave me sweat shirt and a track to wear.

We immediately got into the car. I started the car and glanced at Vegas who had no facial expression and few tears were falling from his eyes. After 15 minutes, we reached the hospital and saw Nop standing infront of the hospital.

He immediately greeted Vegas and was shocked seeing me. " Where are they?" asked Vegas as he was running toward the hospital holding my hands more like was dragging me. Nop showed us the way and we followed him.

"Hia", we heard a voice coming towards us and saw it was Macau. Vegas took a deep breath and smiled seeing his brother coming towards him. Macau hugged Vegas tightly and after letting go of the hug he looked at me in horror as if I was a ghost.

"Hia, isn't he tankhun's bodyguard. And why is he here with you and why and you holding his hand?" Macau asked facing his brother.

"I'll explain everything to you later, and how is dad?" Vegas asked Macau. "He is inside the operating room. The doctor said, they need to immediately operate him as he had heavy bleeding. They said that they need his family member consent but I was underage so I can't give my consent. Nop and I called you so many times but you didn't pick up your phone so we called P'kinn and he is signing the papers."said Macau crying.

Hearing the name of khun kinn I looked everywhere and saw him signing the document as instructed by the nurse. I stepped back a little. What would he think of me if he sees me with Vegas? Will he think that I betrayed major family? Will he hate me? Will other major family members also hate me including my boss khun tankhun, my friend arm, pol, porsche?

When I was still in my thoughts, someone called me. I know this familiar voice, it was Porsche who and looking at me in shock.

"Pete, how are you? Why are you here? Where were you? I missed you, pete. Please from now on, don't go anywhere without telling me, okay." Porsche said and hugged me tightly. I screamed in pain, and looked at me and then checked my body and saw the bruises all over my body.

"What happened to you Pete? Who did this to you? Is is Vegas?" he turned towards Vegas and punched him. I held Porsche making him stop. Vegas fell on the floor and Macau went after him and picked him up.

"What are you doing?" Macau shouted at Porsche and pushed him. Khun Kinn came towards us and was about to scold Macau as he saw me and tear started falling from his eyes. I greeted him and he came towards me.

"Pete, where were you? We searched for you everywhere. We thought we lost you. I'm sorry pete, it was all because of me." he said wiping his tears.

"No, kun kinn it wasn't your fault. I went their myself even if you warned me." I said in a low voice as I was embarrassed of myself.

"And why are you here with Vegas. What did he did to you?" Kinn said. "I will tell you everything later khun kinn." I said and looked towards Vegas he still had no expression. He looked like he will faint at any moment. I went towards him and hold his hand and slowly took him towards the stool to sit. He immediately smiled and followed me. Khun kinn and Porsche looked at me in shock.
