As Yamatomo is seen, waiting on the docks. Enterprise appears
"Commander, why are you outside? It's cold here." She said
"Well, I'm waiting for a person to come here." (Yamatomo)
"And who's that, Commander?" (Enterprise)
"I'm not telling you until he arrives." (Yamatomo)
"I see. Also, it's already November so I have to warn you about next month. I am overly concern about your safety, Commander." (Enterprise)
"You don't have to worry. I have an idea." Somehow Enterprise notice that his smile is either evil or malicious
"Rrrright." As Enterprise left him alone, a speed boat appears
As it parks on the docks.a man wearing a doctor's coat appears. What's inside of the boat is four boxes of something unkown
"Nice of you to arrive on time." Yamatomo greeted
"Yeah." The person said

"Uhh.... Hello, this is the Commander of Azur Lane Yamatomo "Mohashi" Mazuhashi. I want an announcement to make."
"Currently, as I observe the base, it seems that maybe most of you are sick because of the cold or something else. So to not let you all get sick without proper care, I have called a doctor outside the island so you guys get a vaccination. Your health is my one priority this month."
"Oh, also for those who are worried about next month. Don't worry I ain't gonna leave because I have a solution."
"Oh, one more thing. The location of your vaccination area is in the Base Hospital. You'll find the Doctor and me inside."
"I hope you are all having a great day. Announcement ends."

As some ship girls volunteered themselves to go to the the Base hospital they arrived, Yamatomo then announces on who is the Doctor in speaking
As the girls looked at the doctor, he seems to be the same height as their Commander, and their faces looks the same. As if a doppelganger happened to appears out of nowhere. The only difference is that he has red eyes other than grey and black eyes that Yamatomo has, and somehow they mistaken his hair color as black but it was raven dark blue color
"Now, I compliment you guys that you actually volunteered to get vaccinated, I'll first introduce you the Doctor." Then taps his shoulder "His name is Yoshitaka Yamamoto or Yamamoto Yoshitaka. He is one of the "well-known" doctors in Sapporo, not only he is a doctor but also a veterinarian. So be good with him that he will take your shot."
The doctor waved his hand to them with a sweet smile
As he introduced them to the doctor they are somehow shocked that not only they almost looks the same but their surnames almost look identical. The "tomo" and "moto" just changed position
Very weird indeed
They don't know this but It's because that Yamamoto and Yamatomo met each other "accidentally". Short story is; Kuzaki thought Yamamoto was Yamatomo and that's how the two "doppelgangers" met
