"Just take me to get MY child please" nyari said to lotto as she crossed her arms looking out the window
"Yeah alright and that's OUR CHILD" lotto hatted when she said that it made him feel like he wasn't there for his child and nyari knew that because he told her multiple times. She said it to get underneath his skin she liked seeing him upset. Just like he liked seeing her upset.
Lotto had just picked nyari up from work she worked at a plant callled NFC she worked in the office she just got the job 3weeks ago and she loved it.
"Which area her house in again" lotto asked "all the way at the end of the circle" nyari said using her finger to point in the direction. Lotto flew down the street to the white and brown house & pulling into the drive way.
"LOLA" nyari called out walking into her grandma house "I'm in the kitchen and hush my grand-baby is sleeping" nyari walks into the kitchen to see her grandma sitting at the table strolling on her phone with her glasses on. "Hey Lola we just came to get him" nyari said taking a seat at the table
"Is that my handsome" nyari grandma said see lotto peeked around the corner. "Yeah it's me hey Ms.hazel" lotto smiled big. hazel has called lotto handsome since the day she met him ever since that day Ms.hazel loved her some lotto he'll come over and eat some of her food everyday but she moved from his old neighborhood 2 months ago so it stopped.
"What i told you boy called me grandma or Lola" she smiled walking up to him giving him a hug "I'm sorry Lola" he said hugging her back "come on let me fix you a plate" hazel offered "uhhh Lola youn even offer me a plate" nyari said fake shocked holding her hand over her chest. She didn't really care she knew this how it went every time for the past 3-4 years.
"Girl you just jealous" hazel joked "girl nobody worried about y'all" nyari rolled her eyes at them as hazel finished packing lotto plate full of food while talking.
Lotto and nyari aren't together anymore because lotto wasn't a one woman man he wanted multiple. And that was the problem.
They new each other since kids they grow up in the same neighborhood but nyari move to the other side of town until high school they met again and that's when everything started. "Nyari you ready" lotto asked her as she put her phone from strolling on tiktok.
"Yeah let me go get Jabari" nyari got up from her seat "come get yo food before you leave to" Lola whispered yelled at her watching nyari walk up the stairs. Nyari grabbed a sleeping Jabari out of the twin size bed along with his Ironman book bag and headed into the kitchen to grab her plate.
"Alright Lola we headed out love you" she gave her Lola a hug and a kiss and Lotto did the same "ahh ahh come back here let me give my granbaby a kiss too" one thing about hazel is that she loved her grand baby she spoiled Jabari rotten and he loved it cause he knows he could get away with anything with his Lola.
Nyari buckled Jabari in his car seat which in the process he started to wake up "go back to sleep" nyari whispered rubbing his face then closing the door softly hopping in the passenger seat " I want him to come with me this weekend I'm going out of town for a couple of days" lotto said backing out the drive way.
Lotto was a truck driving, barber and he sold drugs. He always had a hustle and was about his money. That's what Nyari admired about him he wasn't a bum like some other niggas but what she didn't get was why was he still selling drugs when he had other income.
"For what jahlotto to sell drugs or to drive the truck because if it's to sell drugs you not getting him for the weekend i just don't get why you still selling when you have other income coming in " nyari looked daring him to lie. "it's not that easy ma. You wouldn't understand and I'm driving trucks" he said looking out the window. That's when she knew he was lying lotto couldn't hold eyes contact with her when he would lie.
To him it was like she was staring into his soul and he didn't it like that. "Stop lying to me jahlotto" she raised her voice slightly hitting him on his shoulder "I'm not damnn, stop putting yo hands on Nyari" he looked at her
" you not getting him simple since you wanna keep being a dumb ass" nyari shrugged
"we gon see" he chuckled
Pulling into nyari apartment complex which was in the hood. Lotto hated her living here she wouldn't let him buy her a house or an apartment. Nyari didn't wanna depend on anybody she wanted to do everything on her own she wanted to grind for what she wanted.
Just liked with a car Nyari brought herself a nice Nissan to get her from point A to point B but it was currently in the shop right now
"Come on so I could walk you into your apartment" lotto said seeing the same group of niggas standing outside
"i could walk my own self to my apartment thank you very much" she said opening the door getting out the car.
Lotto locked the doors to the car soon as she step foot out the car. "Lotto unlocked the door so I could get my baby brooo" she said getting aggravated as she pulled on the back door
"no i told you I wanted him for the weekend so bring yo ass" he said hopping out the car making sure to ONLY unlock his door
"bring yo ass nyari" he said walking up to her grabbing her arm
"move DONT touch me i hate you broo" she said stomping off to the direction of her apartment which was on the bottom level.
Lotto mugged the niggas that was looking at her then walked behind her to the apartment making sure she got in.
"Fuck you" she spat sticking her middle finger up slamming the door closed on his face making jahlotto laugh
Hopping back in his car lotto check the back seat to making sure Jabari was still sleep then sped off to his house. He lived on the other side of town in a one story house with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. He brought it for him and Jabari.
"Da i hungry" lotto heard turning around to see a woke Jabari rubbing his eyes.
"Okay man man you want McDonald's" lotto said focusing back on the road
" shicken nuggets" Jabari smiled lotto took that as a yes a switch lands to head to McDonald's.
Once lotto made it home he sat Jabari on his spider his chair in the living room with his ipad and food. "Da it dead" Jabari called out with tears in his eyes
"hold up let get the charger" lotto grab his bag getting his charger pulling up his ipad
"there finish eating so you could take a bath" lotto said sitting on the sofa looking at his son & snapping a pic.
He loved the 3 year old boy to death anybody that knew lotto could tell you that. Jabari changed lotto a lot. Lotto used to be way more in the streets before Jabari came he promise to give him everything that he didn't have as a child and one of those things was a FATHER
"Da i finished see" Jabari said showing his dad that his chicken nuggets box was empty.
"good job man man come on let's get you ready for bed" lotto pick him up bringing him upstairs to the bathroom.
