Which mentality would you choose?

My bad day has caused my morale to go down. Has it been a day or a year? Sincerely, I cannot tell.

I have been eagerly waiting for that moment of peace to say that all these sorrowful years have been worth the pain, as simply as I can put it,but deep down I know these days may never end. I am writing this with full knowledge that it might have consequences in the future, but at this point, does it even matter? As the clock hits 12:00, a new glimpse of hope starts forming that tomorrow might not be as bad,but again, who knows, it could be the exact same. 

Have you ever wondered how much a person goes through and how many people expect different things from him/her? Even though there are 7 billion people on this earth, each one of us matters to at least someone,but on paper we shouldn't matter at all, as we are just a grain in a whole bag of rice. Have you ever wondered how much things are not under our control and when those things go wrong all a man can do is sigh and go along. Why is our future so brittle that one mistake and you are damned for eternity.Why does the truth take so long to appear and for us to accept that truth and why are we so narrow minded that emotions are bigger than the truth and facts.Why is it that the innocent man gets mistreated.Is death better than life. so much question I have and none will be ever answered. Is there justice for the innocent man who got wronged after life if it was not served during his lifetime?or was this earth created to punish us all for something we all did.

Maybe it was a good day. Maybe we are all complaining about a chipped brick in our mansions. I mean, it might have been a good day, but we humans only look at the things that go wrong instead of the good things in our lives. If something goes wrong, we contemplate how the past was better. Maybe the present is as good as the past, but we wasted time thinking about the past so much that we forgot to live in the present.

How can we confirm that the future will not be better than the past? Maybe our future isn't so brittle,and maybe It's up to us to make it strong and it's never too late until death does you apart. There are 7 billion people on earth. We must matter to someone.

Which mentality would you choose? Is it a mix of both or just one? I won't judge.
