Chapter 2

She opened the door, more like a trap door, considering the size, inside was a small tunnel, with hues of blue and green, some orange and hints of a deep purple.

"This, This shouldn't be possible." Tweak stated, crawling in a little, Kwazii following and looking around as much as he could in the small tunnel, "There should be no way this exists."

"Maybe we're daydreaming?" Kwazii joked, looking around as the two kept crawling, the tunnel seemed to go on forever, it was long, and weird, "But if we're daydreaming how are we both having the same one?"

"Kwazii, I don't think we are." Tweak stated, stopping and looking at the wall in front of her, and started pushing on it, and then falling out of the tunnel.

She had looked around, "This shouldn't be possible. We couldn't have gone in a circle." She stated, standing up and helping Kwazii as well, "We're back at the Octopod."

"We shouldn't be." Kwazii stated, looking around as well, "This shouldn't be the Octopod." This place felt eerie, like he was being lured somewhere, It felt like it was supposed to be a trap, like they were intruders to some treasure room.

"Oh! I wasn't expecting visitors!" A new voice came in, whoever it was sounded shocked, "I would've cleaned up." Their voice was deep, deeper than the Captains.

Tweak and Kwazii both turned to see where the voice was coming from, only to see a very familiar figure, A polar bear, he was wearing a red suit putting up a difference between him and Barnacles.

"I'm Bo." He stated, "I never expected visitors to arrive, or well to visit, We would've cleaned up if we did, would you introduce yourselves?"

"Kwazii." The orange cat responded, it was the only thing he could say, the bear who was now in front of him was shockingly similar to Captain Barnacles, the difference being the blue suit being traded for a red, and his eyes being covered, "Kwazii, Is me name, and this here is me matey Tweak."

:"Pleasure to meet you Tweak and Kwazii." Bo responded, "I'll show you around, You'll love the others." He stated, dragging them from the door, it didn't do anything to help the tense and awkward atmosphere, it was weird for the both of them, Bo didn't seem to sense it, and they were frankly glad he didn't.

"So Bo." Tweak started, maybe an attempt to break the atmosphere, "Who are your friends?" She questioned, considering Bo looked like Captain, there was a chance that Bo's friends looked like their own.

"There's Shellton, he's fun to hang with but that's when he's not studying different creatures we run into." Bo stated, not looking at either of the two, "There's also Daphne, the two of them are like two peas in a pod you know?" He finished while Tweak seemed to be thinking.

'Based on their names they might look like Shellington and Dashi, there was no guarantee but considering Bo and Barnacles, it might not be far off, she wondered if there were any difference between them.

"Greetings Captain."A new voice had entered, all three turning to the new-comer, If both Tweak and Kwazii had to guess, she was Dashi, or she would be Dashi, it was similar to Bo, blue had been replaced with red, and her pink skirt had been replaced with a bright yellow, there was one thing though that caused both her and Kwazzi to show shock on their faces.

She had buttons.

Buttons for eyes.

She had buttons for eyes.

She stared back at her and Kwazzi and waved, "It;s quite alright to stare, I guess not everybody has buttons for eyes where you're from?" it sounded like a question but it felt more like a statement, it really did.

"Eye matey, nobody does." Kwazii said, there wasn't really any nervousness, but it seemed like he was trying to lighten the mood for the two of them, this was quite the shocker for them, none of this should be real, but it was, and they were living in it, the others would be shocked, if not more than them.

"I'm Daphne." The button eyed dog responded, taking Kwazii's hand and shaking it, "But I think Bo already told you about me." Kwazii felt a shiver down his spine. "Shellton loves visitors, don't be afraid if he starts asking a lot of questions, he does it to a lot of our visitors." Kwazii didn't know why but that sounded like a threat to him for some reason.

"Not that different from our own Shellington then." Tweak cut in, making herself known to the cat and dog once again, "He loves to research the different creatures we come across, I'm half convinced he's studying the creatures we come across then actually sleeping." The rabbit finished, looking at the button-eyed dog.

"We're going to get along then." Daphne stated.

All unaware of the storm that would arrive when a captain and his crew arrived to find their lieutenant and engineer missing.
