Anastasia is amazing at acting. She can act as anything. Which is why she is very two face and you can never believe a word she says. She isn't trustworthy or loyal all she cares about is money and never going homeless. She can be sweet but sometimes it's an act. She never shows how she really is but she does have blood thirst a lot.

Nikolai kill for fun. He have the money and the title but it was never his passion to be in a duke and deal with paperwork which is why he deals with his house and businesses on the weekends and work as an assassin during the weekdays. Nikolai have a lot of blood thirst and he kills daily to get rid of it.
