(ShiverTear felt her eyes being shined on from the crack in the corner of the cave. She tried to properly get up but the sudden sickness to her stomach washed over her)

"Having trouble sleeping?"

"I just feel sick is all"
"Yeah, you've been feeling sick lately for a while now"

"You think you might be baring my cubs?"

(Burn pulled his paw carefully on ShiverTear)

"Stop moving will ya?"

"Do you not want cubs?"
"I, well no I want cubs again I would love that. But what would the others say?"
"We don't have to tell them yet for now, what till the morning to tell Nova"

"Let go on a walk, it'll help clear your stomach"
(The two left the cave till they came back later on in the day)
"There you are Burn! I was getting worried"

(Larkfoot brushed her face on Burn's mane. His face filled with disgusted. ShiverTear couldn't help but feel bad for LarkFoot)

"Oh, what is it?"

(The pure shockness on LarkFoot's face said it all. She felt sadness and anger at the same time. ShiverTear could all stay her quietest)
"What is the meaning of this?! Do you want a larger family?! I could give you anything you want! Just don't leave me!"

(LarkFoot was let in tears over the betrayal from her own mate. ShiverTear could bear to tell one of her friends that she would be with her mate instead of her)
"Burn, how could you do that to LarkFoot?"
"Stay out of it Hollow, Stop defending her, you have your own Mate to worry about"

"I never said you would, But LarkFoot admired you. It could cloud her judgment over her own mate"

"I loved her! But now I love some other lionesses, it happens in Prides and Mane will move on to another lionesses! It's not a big deal!"
"Fine, Burn just love that lioness like the way you want to be loved"
(ShiverTear brushed her head in Burn's mane where LarkFoot had done the same. Burn huffed, just wanting to have a second to think about everything that just happened. Both the Mane and Lioness decided it would be better to talk alone, going farther into the jungle to this well-known area with a few ponds surround it. It was a bad place to be around when there was flooding)
"So, you love me Burn?"
"Of course, ShiverTear"
"Do you actually love me, or are you just saying that?"
"I have always admired you ShiverTear, you are a beautiful lioness. Although I did love LarkFoot, Her and I being mate would have not continued. I think you are a wonderful Hunt Chief for your pride. I think you are an amazing mother as well. I just love you ShiverTear"

"I'm sure Your daughter and Nova will understand"
