Chapter 1- Our First Member
“Mrs. Leer wouldn’t like us to be here Emily! You know that!” Sabrina shouted. “Shh…Sabrina, you’re going to wake the children. I whispered back. “But…But!” “No but’s, Sabrina.” Finally, I persuaded her and she nodded in agreement. Oh wait, did I ever tell you that we are babysitters? So far, we only have two people in our group, which is Sabrina, and I. Both of us are still stuck in high school, doing grade 9. We are best friends but we always have fights, which are getting annoying, though I always win because I am the leader and founder of this club.
"Hello! I am Sarah, the second eldest sister from the Leer residents. Did you need any of assistants?” “Oh!” Sabrina spoke surprisingly. “You scared me, only joking.” “Hi! I am Emily Spears and I-“ “Everything is alright, we are just baby sitting your house ‘coz we’re the… Baby Sitters!” Sabrina interrupted me! How could she!? But I only smiled sweetly. “Cool!!! Baby sitters! Is it hard? How come I never saw you guys? Who’s the founder or leader? Sarah burst out words from her mouth. “Yea… It’s sorter hard and I am the founder and the leader.” I copied Sabrina’s accent of showing off. “Would you like to join our club?” Sabrina burst out again, excitedly, hoping not to hear the word no. “Are you talking to me?! Really! Please, can I please join?! “Yea, definitely sure!” I decided as quickly as possible trying to make her feel comfortable. “Yes! Sarah and Emily. The baby-sitters’ sisters got a new member!!” Sabrina shouted gently without waking Sarah’s younger siblings.
