Prolouge

I walked to the mail box while texting my friend Eliza. We were really excited for today because we are suppose to get the letter that could change our lives. Eliza and I both auditioned to get into PineRiver Academy. The best school you can ever get into. Once you get in, you already have your college ready for you. I quickly called Eliza who answered immediately.
"Come outside so we can open our letters together" I told her.
"Fine Victoria, I'm coming" she sighed as she stepped out of her house. Our homes were only two houses apart from each other. She ran over to me, her brown hair with black tips was in a high pony tail, she wore a larger hoodie with some yoga pants. I had my dark brown hair in a French braid I had on sweatpants and my Avenged Sevenfold tShirt on. We both had our black BearPaw boots on.
"Twinzies!" I yelled as she finally made it to me.
"Your stupid" She laughed. I have her a fake pout.
"No I am not, now stop fooling around we got letters to open" I say accusingly failing to hide my grin. She rolled her eyes at me and opened her mailbox. I opened mine and got out the letters. We both sifted through the mail until we found the one from PineRiver Academy. I shoved the rest of the mail back in the box and tore open the letter.
Dear, Victoria Forster
We are glad to announce that you will be joining us for the rest of your schooling here with us at PineRiver Academy. We can't wait to see you here. We hope that you will enjoy your stay at PineRiver Academy. Congratulations, see you next school year.

I looked over at Eliza's letter and saw that she got in too. We both hugged and screamed together.
"WE GOT IN! WE GOT IN!" We chanted as we ran back to our own houses to tel, our parents. I ran inside and slammed the door closed.
"MOM! DAD!" I yell as I run to the kitchen. They both look up from what they are doing and look at me skeptically.
"Yes dear" My dad said as he went back to look at something on his phone.
"Harold pay attention" My mom bickered at him. He sighed and looked back up at him.
"I GOT IN!" I screamed. They both looked at each other then started screaming and jumping around with me.
"We're so proud of you sweetie" they said as they grabbed me and pulled me into a hug. My mom was crying and my dad had tears brimming his eyes.
"Our little girl is growing up Amy" My dad said which only made her cry harder. I was starting to get a little weirded out by all the crying.
"Okay, well I'm gonna go and start packing, love you guys" I said as I ran out of the kitchen to my room. I closed the door and laid on my bed reading the letter over and over again. Once I was done reading it I quickly started packing.
Three Months Later
"Hello, Eliza, Victoria, Welcome to PineRiver Academy" Mrs. Miller said with a big grin.
