Hey guys it's currently 1:27am but idc. I have been trying to shift for 1 maybe 2 years and I haven't. I have had multiple shifting scripts but rn I'm trying to shift to outer banks ( obx ) and I'm going to try to tonight.I have got my Essential oil roll ons , my crystals , my spell jars and I have charged my AirPods up and they are on 100%. Rn I am drinking loads of water as I heard it helps. I mean it would be cool to shift but my cr is cool too.
I'm picking what method to use but I have no idea which one as I've tried loads but I always feel like I'm not doing them right. I might try raven method. I'll be back when I think of what method I'm going to use.
I'm going to use ' Alexa's method ' I've never used this one before but oh well. They are 5 steps and this is a non visualisation one as I can't visualise 😩. Step one : reread your script
Step two : Have the mindset you have already shifted and this is easy for u!
Step three : Think of the place you are going to wake up in
Step four : Use your 5 senses to explore the room such as : what you hear , what you smell , what you feel and what do you see. I'm gonna leave that one out tho bc I can't visualise sadly.I'm going to mediate then put some music on through my AirPods that I listen to in my dr or maybe some background music such as : rain falling , fire , birds chirping and stuff like that.
