Prince Error walked away from the beautiful tanned man before running into his brother, he looked quite panicked. His brother stared at him for a while, his expression changed into one of jealousy. He was wondering why his brother turned sour so he asked the question that was on his mind.

"What's wrong?" He asked, the look of anger on his brother's face darkened and Error could see that he gripped his sword tighter, no matter, Error is surely more powerful than him, he can take him on even if a thousand onlookers are looking at them.

"You were dancing with that noble." He states and Error nods.

"And what is the problem with that?" Error asked.

He was stunned, his eyes widened and flinched away from Error's hardened gaze, unlike that of his gaze to Nightmare when they danced and talked.

"There is no problem." He states again, "Have you seen him, though?"

"We separated just a few minutes ago." Error says, pointing to the direction where they departed. "He might not be there anymore."

"Okay." He nodded, "See you."

Error nods at him as he walked towards the direction Error pointed at.

Now, Error needed time to know who Nightmare was. Error did have genuine interest in him, but he had never seen him before, it doesn't hurt to check who he is. Cross stated that he was a noble, but he had never met him before, in or out of his kingdom. Perhaps he is a son of one he has never met before? Then again, he would've heard of it.

Error walked towards a guard who flinched in his presence.

"Excuse me, do you have any info on who that tanned man was?" The guard stiffened.

"The one you danced with, Your Highness?" Error nodded.

"...I, he is from the kingdom of Nevarak." Error's brow furrowed at the information and the guard nervously sweats under his gaze.

"Nevarak? Didn't I state that any from that kingdom would be banned?" Error wondered how Nightmare entered, all the royal council members agreed to ban them from this party and guards are to strictly follow this code.

"Y-yes Your Highness, but prince Cross let him in. He swore to keep an eye on him!"

Error scowled at the mention of his brother.

He was the one who initiated this? Even when our parents and the council agreed to ban them?

Even if Nightmare seemed friendly enough, he can't keep his guard down, especially with his experiences with the kingdom of Nevarak. Error didn't want him to leave but it was just orders, and there are no exceptions, no matter how much they are favored among the royal family. He hopes Nightmare would have no grudges from this.

"I want some guards to find him, if you can find him bring him to me, I will also conduct my own search." The guard nodded and Error left.

Nightmare was not seen from any place in the crowd, Nightmare was quite harder to find than Error thought. Even a few nobles have not seen him this whole hour he's been searching, perhaps Nightmare already left and is heading back to Nevarak? That thought made him saddened, just a little.

The guards had no luck either, nowhere in sight, it was if Nightmare suddenly disappeared. Error sighed in displeasure as the party was starting to become more troublesome, as people started getting suspicious of knights lurking around the castle. They perhaps thought that there was some intruder in the castle.

Or, perhaps this was Nightmare's plan all along, to cause confusion and stress among the attendants of the party. To ridicule the kingdom when there was no intruder to be found, Error gritted his teeth at that thought.
